Notice I didn't say "conspiracy theorist", because though I've delved into a lot of the extraordinary and incredible, a fair amount of the things I've uncovered are . . . simply put, not theory. So one such angle of exploration, especially given the time of the year, had me stumbling across this video. I found it interesting, and welcome any comments. ...
http://www.nytimes.com/2010/12/12/us...aust.html?_r=4 "After World War II, American counterintelligence recruited former Gestapo officers, SS veterans and Nazi collaborators to an even greater extent than had been previously disclosed and helped many of them avoid prosecution or looked the other way when they escaped, according to thousands of newly declassified documents."

"Today Americans would be outraged if U.N. troops entered Los Angeles to restore order. Tomorrow they will be grateful! This is especially true if they were told there was an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all the peoples of the world will plead with world leaders to deliver them from this evil. The one thing that every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario, individual rights will be willingly ...

I think I've been fairly lax in what I allow to fly on Valucre but my limits are being seriously pressed. The rules of common decency aren't that hard, just stop being fucking stupid and ignore one another if you can't get along. The forum has an option for it and everything, it's easy. Valucre is not the place to settle personal vendettas.
"Those who cling to the untrue doctrine that violence never settles anything would be advised to conjure up the ghosts of Napoleon Bonaparte and of the Duke of Wellington and let them debate it. The ghost of Hitler could referee. Violence, naked force, has settled more issues in history than has any other factor, and the contrary opinion is wishful thinking at its worst. Nations and peoples who forget this basic truth have always paid for it with their lives and freedoms." - Robert A. ...
