I have a hex of incompetence on me that causes me to get viruses (on my computer. Don't be gross..) Give me the best firewall. Lecture me for an hour. Slam my computer with the finest antiviruses and what have you. I'll still get the worst of the worse.

For quite some time I've surprisingly been virus-free, but even more recently, Java has been causing me problems, and just now, I had to take care of a nifty little thing called Windows 7 Security Update 2012 or something like that. ...

Recently I watched an interesting movie called The Shrine, which came out sometime last year. It claimed to be a horror movie focusing around occultism and possibly satanism, so being totally into theology I decided to check it out. Despite my parents' belief, I don't have reverse pentagrams and crosses surrounded my computer desk, but I have studied various religions and I do love my horror movies. Put the two together and bam, you've got something I want to see.

It's been a while since watching Cannibal Holocaust, Chaos, and A Serbian Film. All three movies depicting disturbing violence, gore, and at least one rape scene.

Why do I watch these movies? Why do I go out of my way to find them?

Well, I don't go out of my way to find them. Somebody else finds them for me. As for watching them, sometimes the most interesting movies are the ones that have been created by the most demented minds this side of the Milky Way.

A while ago I wrote about the famous Cannibal Holocaust and Chaos. I decided to seek out Chaos, and after failing, my friend assisted me and eventually I got to watch the entire movie. Apparently, the producers hoped this movie would act as a warning. Mission accomplished! Should I have any daughters, they will not leave the house. Ever.

A brief boost to my self-esteem has taken place; my friend assures me that my writing is good and that he has received word of it being good. Which seemed strange to me as I have actually never received much in the way of compliments other than from those I perceive as good friends, and therefore must compliment me on a daily basis on pain of death. Nevertheless, it was a nice thing to hear, and it was a wonderful illusion to bask in.

The Human Centipede was certainly twisted, brutal, and cruel. But if the thought of an insane scientist surgically attaching three people together mouth to anus isn't enough to satisfy your craving for the sick and depraved, you should probably give Cannibal Holocaust and Chaos a go.
