Key point: Everybody matters.

Even if you just joined a week ago, or this is somehow the very first article you read on the forum, you are important in some way. You may not necessarily be as great of a contributer as an administrator, or a senior PR&M member, but do not assume a lack of quantity in years or experience means a lack of quality.

Although I'm not sure how one could be; I'm not retarded, I'm capable of interacting with competent staff, I am able to make reasonable and logical decisions, and I'm a part of a successful forum that strives only to get better instead of shittier.
