• Day River

The Day River is the largest and most powerful river in all of Terrenus, located in its North-west quadrant, stretching from the Scudder's Brother's woods to the tip of the Weland Gorge. The Day River is over 3 miles wide at its largest point and has been known to branch off into multiple, smaller rivulets that are easier to cross on foot.

The Day River has many attractions to offer. The most common of these attractions are two types of ferries, one type which takes travelers from one side of the Day River to the other at the points too wide to simply walk across, and the other which goes from its northernmost end to its southernmost end in a fabulous sight-seeing journey manned and guided by tour guides.

Talk amongst the locals and natives say that a new attraction has entered the Day River scene. This new attraction is a carnival that floats up and down the length of Day River, providing entertainment for any that can make it aboard and pay the ticket price, at a rate considered leisurely even by the standards of the sight-seeing ferries.

Up until recently, the ghost of a young woman* had been seen haunting the length of the Day River near the area closest in proximity to Weland.

*: The ghost has been identified as once being the young woman Bristarra. Thanks to the efforts of a few brave adventurers, it was found that Bristarra's father conspired her death and was in league with the captain of the guard in Weland, a man named Dargo.
