Note: Valucre's official stance remains that you need the writer's consent before you start trying to kill their character. However, if you're on the bounty list this doesn't apply. This is so that people who like to go about destroying cities and disrupting the canon world can be held accountable.[/B][/U]

Below you will find a list of Valucre’s most wanted criminals. Ranging from two-bit thieves to city conquering war mongers to cloak and dagger syndicate heads, the Valucre’s Most Wanted list is posted all throughout the land, giving anyone a chance to earn a substantial amount of valbullion. Take on these bounties with caution though, you might not be the only one after the mark . . . and they certainly won’t stand around and wait for you to drag them in.

The purpose of this list is to generate RP. For example, you have a character but you aren’t sure what to do with your character. Well, one day you happen to see a copy of this list in a tavern and now you suddenly have a purpose. A goal to go after. And this is in addition to any number of mercenary or vigilantes out there.

Keep in mind that this global plot follows the regulations of the site. Also, don’t be a douche and start right off in your target's thread or location. Gather some information, do some recon, actually hunt them and make this a thrilling exercise in writing and imagination. Just knowing where they are is metagaming, which is not allowed and heavily frowned upon.

It's not a bad idea to let the person you're going after know so they can have time to write more of their characters out, or they might pick up their character which had been collecting dust otherwise.

Some people might not even be representing their character until after you've journeyed to where they'd be. All combat follows canon rules, which is T1 MP. We stress again, no metagaming.

Some folks may not step in to represent their character until after you’ve journeyed to their location.All combat is to be T1 MP (Story). No Utilizing OOC information IC. You know only what you’ve gathered through IC information gathering. All combat, unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon by the writers, are to be to incapacitation. Death can occur from bounty collection, but unless agreed upon, fights will result in incapacitation or imprisonment.

Keep in mind though, success might earn you coin and recognition . . . but it might also earn you a spot on the listing. Rank is earned by the severity of one's actions. To increase one's rank and likewise their worth the character must complete IC actions.

S-class bounties are much harder to get at, before even seeing the character itself, than D-class bounties.

An "*" indicates that there are special circumstances regarding the one actually paying out the bounty.
