Rich and majestic, these natural coral gardens have been transformed into a living underwater city that is home to the ruling houses of the most beautiful and intellectual of sea creatures, the mermaids of Isélyr. Donangraal*, Sovereign of the Seas, rules his aquatic dominion along with his advisory council, the Blue Court, within the Coral Gardens.
The Blue Court is comprised of representatives, known as High Eldarfyns, from twelve factions, or aquatic cities. These cities are:
· Mallowmoor
· Faymarsh
· Clearsilver
· Briford
· Wildeshore
· Falton
· Silverbeach Crags
· Lightbell
· Morlea
· Erilea Forest
· Snowgate
· Mistkeep
The High Eldarfyns* are each voted into office by the other Eldarfyn of his/her city to represent them in the Blue Court. Each of the cities' Eldarfyn governs over one of five principalities of each city that comprise the whole of Donangraal’s domain. The day to day activities of each township are governed over by the Speaker of the Town.
*High Eldarfyn – The current Eldarfyn voted by the other Eldarfyn to represent them.
*High Captain – Commander of the Army in his/her city.
*High Sorceror – Highest mage in the Magii Council of his/her city.
*Keeper of the Waves – Represents the religious sect of his/her city.
*Master of Guilds – Represents the merchants of his/her city.
*Speaker of the Town – Represents the civilians of his/her city.
