Second Dan, you're completely right, my Dad didn't live with us I had a Stepdad and at one point no male figure in my house I didn't hate my Mom for that I understood that they didn't get along and didn't want to live together, but I saw my Dad every weekend without fail so it wasn't a "Where's Daddy situation?" I knew exactly where he was and was kinda glad of it since my Mother and I got along a ton better than he and I did.

Conversely, my ex is moving out of state and leaving my son with me. Truthfully, I am afraid of raising him on my own.
