Name: Consequence
Real Name: Conrad Walters
Age: 27
Height: 6'
Weight: 170lbs.

Appearance: In a single word, the man's appearance could be called 'business' to the absolute core, a personification of professionalism manifest in pair of black businessman slacks accentuated by matching suitcoat and of course, the ivory dress shirt and charcoal tie to complete the ensemble. Of course dress shoes adorn the feet, a nice classy leather without the slightest fear of getting a little dirty should the need arise. Perhaps the only place where that businesslike demeanor fails his appearance is in the viridian, almost teal wash of hair that falls down straight over the man's head, a rather unorthodox cut for one typically so involved with an occupation so highly regarded. He carries a frame of not necessarily imposing stature, really of only your normal athletic build at best, but while he personifies businessman he also personifies the silent assassin. Although it should be mentioned somewhere that this man of such sophistication, while being such a silent killer by choice, is also of that disposition by his inherent nature. Little known to many outside of the human dispatch business, Consequence is in fact a mute.
Alternate Form
Changelings are called so because of their ability to change appearances. Uriel can shape shift into any humanoid form he desires and is at least partially familiar with. His mastery of this racial power is so great, that, combined with his eldritch heritage, prevents any magical interference from making him drop his form.

Rapid Shift
Uriel has so much practice in his changing of forms that he can alternate between them in mere seconds. His eldritch heritage is also used to disguise this transformation, using the arcane powers to mask the change from prying eyes and hears.

Arcane Blast
Channeling the arcane powers innate in him, Uriel create a ball of pure magical energy and unleash it upon a target, wracking intense pain and crackling pulsations. The blast leaves an indelible mark when it hits, one that can be traced by those with an eldritch background.

Invocations
The eldritch powers that course through Uriel can be channeled into some rather interesting effects, when done so properly. Some of the magical effects that Uriel has produced have been an area of darkness so deep that not even some magic can pierce it, invisibility on Uriel, short hops of teleportation, and engulfing a building in hell fire that burns hot enough to melt salt. Other things could be possible, but Uriel hasn't had a chance to try them out.

Aural Vision
Eldritch power is a funny thing. Sometimes you don't know what's going to happen to you when you use it. One of the funny things to happen to Uriel is that now he sees the world a little differently. He sees a person's soul, their past actions and their moods overlaying each other as colors swirling amongst the container of a body, unless the person is also filled with eldritch essence.

Rituals
Magic is more powerful with time and focus, a well known and accepted theory. What people don't know is that everything is better with time and focus, including random arcane bursts. Uriel can do some crazy shit when he works with other warlocks. Sadly, not very many other warlocks want to work with a crazy, ego-centric asshole like Uriel.

The following articles are a bunch of bullshit because Uriel is a Changeling and can alter his physical form at will: Height, Weight, Body Type, Skin Tone, Skin Condition, Eye Color, Scars, Tattoos, Hair Color, Hair Style, Hair Condition, Headwear, Upper Body, Lower Body, and Accessories.
All articles are subject to change because of Uriel's different personalities. But this one is the dominate personality, so this is how he (it?) usually will appear.

So, incase none of you saw my YIM status tonight, I went to Jeff Dunham this night. It was funny as hell. Brief recap:

Guitar Guy opened. Sang about rednecks in Kentucky and a political song about Arizona. I loved them both.

Jeff gave his opening stand up. It was about his recent divorce, his cameo in Dinner for Shmucks, his teenage daughters, and the giant Hulk statue he has in his backyard.

Walter. He asked Jeff what it was like being divorced, talked about the recent tour in Europe, and Amsterdam in particular. He sang a song about the Anne Frank House, called "Jews in the Attic"

Achmed. Talked about Achmed's family life before he blew himself up, such as his wife, his high school, and his father. Then he acted out being shot by an arrow. Don't ask me why. It's involved.

Peanut & Jose. Peanut was talking about the Prius (which Jeff doesn't have anymore, thank you divorce), being a puppet, and the funniest racist story EVER. I'm so sorry Chinese people. That joke was GREAT. Jose was a boring little bit that I'd seen during Spark of Insanity about skiing. Guitar Guy came out again during the racist joke.

Debut of the newest puppet - Diane. It's the doll that was in Dinner for Shmucks. She was an old, alcoholic drunk. But still funny, especially when Jeff tripped over his words.

I loved it. I've thought Jeff Dunham has been funny for YEARS. I'm fricking excited that I got to go see him, even more so since I won the tickets off the radio. Yeah, that's right, I went for FREE.
Wizards, with their reliance on mystic formulas and practiced, repetitive gestures and incantations, generally despise chaos mages and disparage them as out of control amateurs with no understanding of the forces they unleash upon the world. For their part, chaos mages see wizards as hidebound weaklings, simpletons forced to rely on musty tomes and alchemical formulas as one-legged men are forced to rely on crutches. Sorcerers and chaos mages enjoy a slightly better relationship, as the members of both groups respect one another’s ability to directly tap into the primal magic of the universe. Still, it is the rare chaos mage who considers a sorcerer his equal; most see them as inferiors who lack that essential spark of genius which would allow them to truly sculpt magic at will.

Nothing matters more to a chaos mage more than his ability to use sheer willpower to bend reality to his whims. Accordingly, Wisdom is the key ability of chaos mages. A wise chaos magician is also a long-lived chaos magician, as he understands better the balance of risk and reward inherent in wielding chaos energies.

Chaos energies are savagely unpredictable and can easily ravage the mortal form. The most successful and long-lived chaos mages are those whose bodies are capable of resisting these potentially deadly transformations. Because of this, chaos mages tend to be physically more hardy than other arcane spellcasters, with endurance and strength comparable to that of a farmhand, woodsman or even warrior. A high Constitution score is also useful for chaos mages who wish to create and enjoy the benefits of chaos magic items, as their devices function only so long as the mage is willing to devote a portion of his life energy to maintaining them.

Finally, a chaos mage with a compelling, winning personality should count himself lucky indeed; as the ravages of chaos manifest on his body (and they most assuredly will), only his ability to create and maintain friendships despite his grotesque appearance will save him from total rejection and unwilling isolation. A decent Charisma score can be all that stands between a chaos mage and embittered solitude.

In ancient days, chaos mages were few in number and scattered far and wide across the cosmos. Unable to share stories or techniques, and learning how to use their abilities only through hard, hazardous practice, they were paragons of will and force of personality.

The most powerful, most wilful, and most arrogant of them came to believe they should rule over those who were their lessers, meaning anyone who did not wield chaos.

And so they did.

The chaos kings, as they were known, did not sit easy on their thrones, for all that they desired to have them. They resented the responsibilities which are the price of a king’s power and lashed out at their subjects. They consorted with demons, elementals, airy courtesans, the dark creatures of the world, the beasts who know the freedom that comes with giving oneself to chaos.

In time, when the chaos king’s depravity grew too great, heroes rose up and the mage kings were thrown down. As is the way of things. But the legacy of the chaos kings was not so easily destroyed. Chaos remembered and what chaos remembers can never truly die. From time to time, a chaos mage who relies heavily on Domination effects will be infused with a tiny portion of chaos’ memory of the chaos kings and gain absolute dominion over mortal minds. In return for this gift, chaos takes from him all memory of kindness, charity, and ultimately humanity. These mages are the twisted kings.
Shapeshifting

Changelings are renowned for their abilities to alter every facet of their appearance. Ricker can alter his form into any humanoid form he desires and is at least partially familiar with. His mastery of this racial power is so great, that, combined with his eldritch heritage, it prevents any magical interference from making him drop his form. Ricker is very adept at shifting and can alter his form entirely in a matter of moments.

Chaos Javelin

Channeling the unstable powers innate in him, Ricker creates a beam of raw magical energy and unleash it upon a target, pending Ricker's preparation the blast can be used to inflict pain or inflict negative status effects upon his opponents. The blast leaves an arcane signature of sorts when it hits, one that can be traced by those with an eldritch background.

Invocations

The eldritch powers that Ricker possesses can be channeled into some rather nasty effects, when utilized properly. Powers range from teleportation, to forming a barrier of chaotic energy to creating a familiar.

Twisted Insight

Grant's Ricker an glimpse into one's soul. This allows him to witness previous spells or battles his opponents may have taken place in and act accordingly. Of course this is not an immediate effect does not work on other beings in possession of Eldritch magic.

Rituals

Magic is more powerful with time and focus, a well known and accepted theory. What people don't know is that everything is better with time and focus, including random arcane bursts. There is little Ricker can'tl accomplish with the assistance of fellow warlocks.

Demonology

Not the power to summon demons, as a Chaos Mage cannot truly summon, but the ability to understand, 'connect', manipulate and fully control them. While Ricker may be unable to summon a demon, the corruption of his soul naturally creates an almost natural attraction. There are, of course, other ways to bring demons around without the use of one's personal magic.

[personality]Life is a rubix cube that can’t be solved. You look at all six sides and you see the colors are all there…and you’re sure they’ll fit into place…but about halfway through you’ll realize the colors have been changing the whole time and you’ve wasted your lilfe trying to solve it. I don’t try to solve it…I just enjoy the changing colors.--Ricker

Ricker does not believe himself to be insane; instead he views himself as an individual far more creative than his peers. Despite his claims, Ricker exhibits many symptoms of varying failings of mental health. Along with extreme sadism, Ricker seems to show very little concern for his own safety. However, this does not mean he does not know when to fight and when to flee.

Many facets of Ricker’s personality are antisocial, blatantly disregarding laws and social norms far beyond standard deviant behavior. Ricker is not inhibited by morals or boundaries; this allows him to plan accordingly with complex and impossible plans.

Ricker delights in breaking social norms and forcing beings to go against their nature, even with those who might consider him a comrade. He views little of the outside world as necessary and desires a world at constant war. Unlike others who fight to bring peace, Ricker creates conflict for the joy of conflict. He’s the little kid on the beach wrecking your sand castles, the world is his ant hill and he’s the little bastard with a magnifying class.
Despite his mental ailments Ricker possesses a high intellect as well as the capabilities to improvise. If one ‘plan’ fails Ricker is prepared to adjust it to ensure its continuation.

Okay gang, here is the scoop. With Carlos's permission, I have begun an experimental project here on Valucre that has been talked about a lot but never actually implemented. My Character: ~Velindrel Rahnarr~ has become an OFFICIALLY sanctioned Blacksmith out of Casper. The events of this thread explain the sanctioning of my Character to Casper's workforce as a tax-paying citizens. What I am looking for is how many of you lovely folks would support a player-run shop on Valucre? I am stepping up and offering such services. The details are being worked out behind the scenes but basically, The Workshop is called The Battered Hammer. It will feature a core of highly skilled Blacksmiths (Including my Character, Velindrel) and a highly skilled Mastersmith. Between all of these Smiths, virtually ANY Item or Modification can be constructed for a fair price. Enchantments are not done by The Blacksmiths, but rather, by Enchanters located on site. Enchanters are at a much more expensive price. The Workshop is currently looking for more Blacksmiths willing to help run it, and is also looking for participants of The Workshop. So come one come all! The Battered Hammer will take all of your requests!

"Yeah that was a big hit he took right there." Another said.

There was a big crowd gathered outside of The Battered Hammer, a famous Workshop that was located in Casper. Cries that were excited in nature were produced from the gathered masses as they were witnessing a street-fight. One of the pass-times that were favored by the local denizens of Casper, gambling went on in these matches. Entire blocks of Casper were cut off whilst the brawls went on. Guards carefully watched the fights proceed as skilled warriors and magi beat each other with the best capacities they could muster. Fights oft took place at least once a month during a week-long ceremony. Blood stained the stone streets. Cries of agony filled the air along with the symphony constructed by spectators who were simply observing from a safe distance. The entire time, bookies were set up for gambling on the various bouts happening all over the district. Not a single block of Casper's market district was not decorated without a battle and it's vultures. It was once again that time of the month, a March, when the festivities were peak. Money exchanged hands quickly as gamblers made and lost fortunes on an almost hourly basis. These street-fight events helped fuel the economy of Casper and entertained both land-lovers and sailors alike. But for blacksmiths, it was a different time period.

Like many of the other sanctioned workshops of Casper, The Battered Hammer was in full operation. Not a single hand of the famous workshop, with its long history, was out of work. All hands were on deck as they carried on various tasks in the workshop. it was a busy Tuesday afternoon in March when the fighting outside was reaching its peak. The Guards were certain to keep the order within the controlled street fight environments which seemed to draw great numbers every single combat round. Some were willing participants of the battles, and others were simply gambling aficionados. Gathered crowds were busily observing the fights. Magi hurled various spell-bolts at their targets, whilst warriors implemented the tools of the killing arts against their opponents. In some cases, foes fought one another with bare fists.

However, to the workers of The Battered Hammer, the outside events meant little. Only the current project was the world. The festivities outside meant a business boon to the various workshops of Casper and The Battered Hammer was no different in that regards. Like a well-oiled machine, the various members of The Battered Hammer's work force manufactured the many Items that their posh clients requested. Various workings of modern engineering were placed on the worktables. There were several hundred workers within The Battered Hammer at any one time. There was a core group of workers famed in workshop. Out of that core group, one was a legendary Mastersmith named Rogath Calamity. His pupils were several men. One was an Elf named Velindrel Rahnarr. The other Smiths were not important to this rich legacy and history. In all of Casper, the relationship between Master Rogath Calamity and pupil Velindrel Rahnarr was well known. The two were capable of constructing any object with their vast wealth of skill far surpassing the output of any other Workshop. In essence, The Battered Hammer, had become the greatest Workshop constructed in Casper.

With high-end clients coming in at all times, The Battered Hammer had filled it's coffers. The events outside had only added to its success as the staff worked diligently to build various pieces of craftsmanship. Velindrel, in that situation, found himself working another Gold Piece, another hour, another day. The hour was growing late into the afternoon and the shifts from the earlier night were beginning to see their end. Velindrel worked almost around the clock, most of the week, to ensure that the workshop ran smooth. Velindrel's work cycle was four days and nights a week, sometimes five or six. Velindrel, a Sanctioned employee, was guaranteed at least one day off a week. This time was a sacred, and he spent it with his wife, Madeline Rahnarr. After the long work period came to a conclusion, The Elf came out of his trance-like state. The Way Of The Hammer allowed The Elf to put himself in a self-induced trance that would access the subconscious portion of his brain. As Velindrel's mind became more aware of The Firmanent, The Elf studied the sword he had just crafted over a long night's work. The Sword was made out of Titanium Alloy, and was built in the design of a longsword. A nobleman's Daughter had asked for the weapon and was paying a fine Gold Bullion for the project. Velindrel was requested by hand.

"Are you done Velindrel?" Came the voice of The Master. Velindrel nodded as he came out of the trance. He had just finished the work.

"Aye, My Master." Velindrel said as he finally came out of the trance. Velindrel looked at The Titanium sword, amongst his finest craftsmanship ever. "I just finished moments ago."

"Good sir." There was a pause. "The Client's Daughter wants you to deliver The Item to her personally. She wants to greet you and pay you herself." Rogath Calamity said. "So you should clean up and get going. This is all off-shift duty my Apprentice. So worry not, you can go home when you are done with this delivery. If anybody else asks for you today, I will tell them to come on the 'morrow." The Master said.

"Very well sire."

***

A few moments later and Velindrel Rahnarr was ready to go to Duke Deacon Pallomari's manor in The Residential District of Casper. With the streets outside crowded, Velindrel could easily maneuver through the throng. With the bundled parcel in his possession, Velindrel stepped out of The Battered Hammer. The smell of sweat and blood was thick in the air. Velindrel sighed, but began to head towards the manor. There were individuals in The Workshop who could speak in his stead whilst he was out. All he had to do was deliver a package after all, didn't seem like too much trouble to The Elf. He walked in a lively fashion towards an inevitable destiny.

E] How interactive it is and it's something my son would enjoy when he get's older
Now I know the graphics aren't the best and in all reality I should probably invest in a PS3 with it's new Wii-like additions but.. eh. It pretty much comes down to a Wii or 360 before I even think about a PS3. And no, for you Playstation lovers I DO like Playstation, but I'm cheap and practical.
