I've just recently created a group called Hakumei, it's going to be a mixture of bleach and naruto style Rp. You may join if you'd like, just make a character sheet and we'll post a thread somewhere having our characters meet and you being added into the group. Well on Valucre we have a group of folks who play Naruto characters but have integrated the story into the canon. That group I run by RJ/.Ecsacy under his character Hana. However if you're looking for an actual Naruto rp in the narutoverse all you need is 5 people to get a subboard of your own an host your own rp.

There are also other sites out there dedicated to it, but I think you've got enough Naruto fans on the board that you might be able to have your own little subsection.
