It had once held a populace that rival even the capital of Muhir, Aeliyr, however a great natural disaster sent a whirling spell of energy outward across the prosperous city of Kuuobu. Left in the wake of the mana explosion was decay and ruin and much of the populace was instantly wiped out. While the cityscape lost most of its population and architecture, a great deal still stands as pagodas dot the horizon as testaments to the people who may or may not reside within.

Because of the devastation seen in the city those who still call it home are often unseen and unheard by newcomers, they would prefer to keep to their dwellings until they have observed. If they are determined friends, they would be well met with the politeness and aid, should they be antagonistic they would be met with either silence or weaponry, though tending to favoring ignoring them till they are forced to intervene.
