Adrenaline Enhancement: Due to the Mana enriched environment in which he was born in, his Adrenal glands overdeveloped, causing him to be able to produce mass amounts of adrenaline. As he grew, so did his adrenal glands, ever expanding the duration with which he could remain on an adrenaline rush.

FlexiSkeleton: Because of his Adrenal Enhancement, shortly after joining the Military he was placed into a covert experiment. All of the bones in his body were replaced with a hardened rubber like material, while his skull was replaced with a lightweight, fairly hard metal known for its ability to resist psionics.

NanoBlood: During the same procedure his blood was run through a dialysis machine where all of his red blood cells were separated from his plasma and platelets. When the blood was run back into his body, his red blood cells were replaced with Nanites which performed the same job as red blood cells, transporting oxygen through the body, at 330% the efficiency of a red blood cell. This, in time, drastically improved his strength, dexterity, endurance, vision, and mental processing speed.

Eagles vision: Due to his NanoBlood his eyes have gained the ability to focus to an extreme of up to 10x a humans standard vision. This also allows his pupils to open to the point of his eyes becoming almost entirely black so that he is capable of seeing clearly in darkness so long as there is some form of illumination. (Stars, a light source within 1k)

Weapons:
1. Atland’s Bolt Action .300 WinMag Rifle +
This rifle is a bolt action .300 WinMag series rifle with a few of Atlands finest Magitech alterations. Everything about the rifle was built custom. The rifles overall length is 36”, with a 26” barrel. This rifle has a 5 round built in magazine. The rounds are hand loaded by X personally, the chamber head spaced to perfection, all in an effort to make the finest target rifle possible. The Magitech additions to the rifle could be seen in the runes and stones inlaid in the butt stock. All the additions do is cause the rifle itself to be completely silent, the sliding of the bolt making no sound whatsoever, the explosion of the round propelling itself down the chamber completely silent. The bullets themselves still made the distinctive CRACK sound as they broke the speed of sound as they traveled to their target, but the rifle was silent.

2. Atland’s Bullpup Mini14 +
This is a Semi Automatic Bullpup Assault rifle measuring at an astoundingly short 14”. It is a .223 caliber rifle, heavily modified from the standard rifles issued out to Atlands Military. The rounds are hand loaded by X personally, the chamber head spaced to perfection, all in an effort to make the finest assault rifle possible. The Magitech additions to the rifle could be seen in the runes and stones inlaid in the butt stock. All the additions do is cause the assault rifle itself to be completely silent, the sliding of the bolt making no sound whatsoever, the explosion of the round propelling itself down the chamber completely silent. The bullets themselves still made the distinctive CRACK sound as they broke the speed of sound as they traveled to their target, but the assault rifle was silent.

3. Atland’s Armory Compact 45 ACP w/5" Barrel + (carries 2)
This is a Semi Automatic .45 caliber pistol with night sights and a black finish. It has a 13 round magazine, allowing for 14 rds total, with one in the chamber. This pistol has been customized by X, head spacing, rubberized pistol grips, tactical rail for a laser (just cause he always thought lasers were a good intimidation factor. The rounds are hand loaded by X personally, the chamber head spaced to perfection, all in an effort to make the finest pistol possible. The Magitech additions to the pistol could be seen in the runes and stones inlaid in the pistol grip. All the additions do is cause the pistol itself to be completely silent, the cocking of the slide making no sound whatsoever, the explosion of the round propelling itself out of the chamber and down the barrel completely silent. The bullets themselves still made the distinctive CRACK sound as they broke the speed of sound as they traveled to their target, but the rifle was silent.

Round types:
a. Armor piercing: These rounds are made of depleted uranium and use the same methods of armor piercing as standard military AP rounds
b. Subsonic Rounds: These rounds are subsonic, so their flight is silent. There is never a crack sound, as the rounds never break the speed of sound. However, this drastically decreases the distance the rounds can travel, and the damage the rounds cause.
c. Full Metal Jacket: These rounds are standard Lead rounds with no special properties.

Battle Rattle: X wears nothing special in the form of armor, preferring his maneuverability over the heaviness imposed by wearing Kevlar or the various other forms of armor in existence. Instead he just wears a form fitting black long sleeve shirt, and pants. Atop his shirt he wears a lightweight vest that holds all of the various magazines , and a few other interesting gadgets that are usefull in the business of being a sneak. The most interesting piece of his equipment is his helmet.
His helmet looks like a thin motorcycle helmet, black of course, without anything covering his face. There are two small dollies that stick inwards from the helmet, pointing to his eyes. These serve the purpose of projecting, directly onto his iris, what is basically a HUD (Heads up Display) created with the help from some experts at Shift. It displays for him mission objectives, the direction, in degrees, he is facing, and an ammunition count for whatever weapon he has selected. When he looks at a specific thing or person, he can cause it to display information that Shift may have about that person, greatly enhancing his ability to acquire the correct targets for various missions.

Background: Project X was born and raised in Atland. Being patriotic and aware of having some kind of adrenaline boost, he joined Atlands military and enlisted to become a Grunt, with the eventual goal of becoming Special Forces. Shortly after the initial in processing and basic training he was pulled away from his unit for a classified project. His heart swelled with joy knowing that he would be able to help his country in some way that went beyond just being a soldier. They explained to him at great length what he would be going through, but it was all for the glory of Atland. With a smile, and the dumb confidence of the overeager and young he agreed with a full heart.
They strapped him down to an operating table and began to cut him open, pulling out his bones one by one and replacing them with a newly developed hardened rubber like material. There was no anesthetic, no being knocked out. They tried, and his adrenal glands wouldn’t allow it. He was awake and screaming in pain for the first hour or so of the operation. They began to fear that his adrenaline wouldn’t be enough to keep him alive through the pain, so they patched him up and injected him with something. They never told him what, but it effectively dampened his ability to feel intense pain, without removing his ability to feel heat, and the normal feelings of touch. Once this strange serum, unbeknownst to him a permanent genetical alteration, had set in, they began to cut into him again. It still hurt, it was still pain like nothing he had ever before experienced, but the doctors monitoring his brain knew that it was dampened enough that his brain would not force his body into shock. Once his body was complete they replaced his skull, a terrifying process because the pain was still just as intense, but he couldn’t dare to move even a muscle lest they permanently damage his eyes. Once this was complete, and he was all sewn up, they hooked him up to the dialysis machine that replaced all of his red blood cells with nanites. He had been in tortured pain for days, and this came to him as a great relief.

The increase in oxygen flow gave him an extreme and lasting high, aiding him in his ability to ignore the pain, and recover from his surgery. Once recovery was complete they ran him through rigorous tests. He was flexible to the point of being able to bend over backwards and wrap himself into a small ball. He was faster, stronger, quicker thinking, and more dectrous. His shooting became much better, and his hand to hand was drastically increased. They had created the perfect soldier at immense cost. He would never be free, whether he knew it or not.

They put him through a rigid indoctrination program. He was a soldier assigned to a special task force. Task force _____?. He didn’t have a name, didn’t know his name. He couldn’t remember who his parents were, nor did he care. All he knew anymore was that he lived to serve Atland in any way he could, and that his new name, his code name, was X. He would become the perfect black ops soldier.
