Reanimate dead: Though not as powerful as Call of the Dead, it allows Jack to reanimate any dead body or skeleton around him. The animated are slower to react than with Call, and is limited to three targets at one time.

Deranged and crazy don’t begin to describe this man. He is constantly talking about beheading people in different places, fixated on killing people, and reanimating the dead. He goes on and on about how being headless brings about true peace. You don’t have to think about anything, and no thinking means no worrying, right? Therefore, peace. So, he goes about towns, executes those on death row, usually preys upon an additional soul or two, then moves on to the next town. If someone were to agree to killing by beheading, he could find himself in an alliance with someone of equal mindedness as himself.
