The Art: Fletcher is a man of immense power and he owes it all to the Art. He is one of the few in Valucre to have successfully harnessed this energy and all his skills flow from it. The Art grants him many skills. They include accelerated regeneration, elemental manipulation, and increased strength, agility, and reflexes.
Summon Uroboros: Fletcher can summon incredibly strong and agile creatures of pure Art called Uroboros. They feeds on the suffering of others and the more pain their victims feel the more powerful they become. Once they have killed they must take on the form of the slain. Difficult to control once they are summoned Fletcher prefers not to use this skill unless he has to.
Neuroweaver: Fletcher can access and retrieve the memories of others and replace them with new ones of his making as well as empty his own memories into others. On rare occasions this ability will not work and the mind will reject the memories. This can cause disorientation, nausea, paralysis, blindness, or brain death in the victim.
Quietus: Fletcher knows how to take care of himself very well but in the highly unlikely case that he receives a fatal injury and there is enough time to perform this skill he may transfer his consciousness to another person. A disturbing caveat: that person must be a child no older than six.
Equipment
Pen and Paper: Fletcher’s inside left jacket pocket contains an enchanted pen and pad of paper. Whatever he writes on this pad of paper with this pen happens. But Fletcher is running out of paper and ink. He has only sixteen pages left in his pad and not enough ink left for half of those pages. However, he has heard rumors of a identical set of pen and paper existing somewhere in Terrenus and is currently seeking it.
Suit: Fletcher commissioned Vassili Zyats to create for him a three-piece suit that made the wearer immune to magical attacks. After three months spent together in a small village in the Cold Mountains of Genesaris Vassili finished his masterpiece. Fletcher has yet to experience a form of magic the suit does not grant him immunity to.
Scenery Puppet: Fletcher was given a scenery puppet when he joined the Ojin. This puppet allows him to bring into reality any scene he imagines where members of the Ojin may battle. Only four others were given such a gift. It has yet to be seen what Fletcher will imagine.
