    Xavier Ernst Strauss

    Profile:

    Person:
    Name: Dr. Xavier Ernst Strauss
    Sobriquet: The Surgeon
    Age: 27
    Race: Human
    Gender: Male
    Height: 1.85 meters
    Weight: 78 kilograms
    Physique: Athletic
    Eyes: Cybernetic
    Hair color: Brown
    Hair style: Messy, lightly bearded
    Skin Tincture: Tan
    Occupation: Mad Doctor
    Nationality: Terrenus Immigrant
Likes: Experimenting, inventing, a good glass of milk, socks, discovering new and exciting things
    Dislikes: Hot weather, orphans
    Hobbies: Go, botany
History: Xavier's earliest memories are that of living in the orphanage where he spent his childhood. He was dropped off one day, only a baby, and from then on was alone in this world. Of course, such a thing as being alone didn't bother him in the slightest. In fact, he enjoyed it. The orphanage provided the perfect environment for him to learn. And learn he did. At the age of seven, he performed his first surgery, to the general astonishment of the orphanage director. Sure, maybe the dog didn't really need to have an artificial leg, but Xavier couldn't just let it hop around on three limbs, now could he? It was very distressing to the other orphans.

Sadly, it seems such hobbies as mad science were unfortunately looked down upon by the people of his home town, and after his eighth or ninth beating, Xavier appeared to get the picture. In reality, though he had seemed to have given up his ambitions of advancing medicine and science, he had merely taken to hiding his experiments. And during the darkest of nights in the quiet village, he continued to perform unholy acts of experimentation. First, there was the fiasco with the disappearing bank vault. Then there was the case of the cow with a squid for a head. And who could forget the time when an entire field of crops suddenly turned to glass when nobody was looking? Not Xavier, at any rate. When at last he reached the age of majority, he was ready to make his way in the world. He swore to revolutionize the medical field, to bring the light of knowledge to all corners of the world, and to better the lives of all around him.

Instead, he ended up accidentally killing everyone in his hometown, turning two hundred people in ravenous zombies, and creating a plague that ravaged the countryside for years to come.

Not quite as planned. But hey, nobody's perfect. Dr. Strauss has moved on to bigger and better things. Like experimenting on conscious subjects. Or creating new and addicting drugs to sell to crime families, in exchange for people to test them on. Or disintegrating his eyes and having to surgically implant new cybernetic ones. Yes, it seems the little orphan who killed his whole town has finally moved on up.

    Attire:
Suit: Dr. Strauss wears an impeccably neat suit, complete with vest and tie, along with a black business coat. If you squint hard enough though, you can see small blood stains around his cuffs.
Button: Dr. Strauss dislikes showing his allegiance to the Dead by wearing such obvious items as a skull-shaped mask or an unfashionable arm band. Instead, he has a small gray button pinned to his coat, in the shape of a full human skeleton. It is roughly an inch tall, with the other dimensions proportioned perfectly to its height.

    Abilities:
Mad Doctor: Sure, most people who've studied medicine can stitch and disinfect, but Dr. Strauss can do so much more. A bit of hihgly unstable chemicals here, and some genetic engineering there, and he can turn an average man, woman, or other, into anything he wants. Yes, he could just grow their arm back, fix their heart condition, and send them on their way. But that's boring.
Mad Scientist: What, did you think his expertise was limited to just medicine? No, my friend, the good Doctor is far more than a mere surgeon. Could a surgeon make a metal dissolving nanovirus capable of eating through a foot of solid steel in two minutes?
    Mad Economist: Wait, what?
Cyborg: Ah yes, advanced cybernetics and nanotechnology. We have dismissed those claims. (See Implants Below)
Immunities: Due to tampering with his own body, Dr. Strauss has developed an immunity to almost all toxins and diseases, as well as all mind affecting forces. Maybe it's that liter of cyanide he drank that one time, or maybe it's the genetic engineering. Who knows?

    Associations and Ties:
Criminal Ties: Member of the Dead.
Catalyst Department Head: As head of his department, Strauss is instrumental in ensuring that research is both profitable and completed on time.
Solaris International CEO: Being a CEO is a hard job. Unless you can do a month's worth of paperwork in five minutes, and attend board meetings through clever use of holograms. Then the job is really easy.
    Stocks And Bonds: 89% Sharehold, Solaris International; 3% Sharehold, Catalyst; 61% Sharehold, Entek R&D;

    Implants:
Current Percent Of Body Artificial: 33%
Current Percent Of Nervous System Artificial: 19%
Cybernetic Implants: Cybernetic Eyes, Left Arm Replacement
Nanotechnological Implants: Wired Reflexes, Enhanced Visual Cortex, Enhanced Primary Auditory Cortex, Enhanced Neural Connectivity, Immune System Reinforcement, Nanotube Muscle Weave, Nanotube Bone Weave, Cardiology Reinforcement, Respiratory Reinforcement, Memory Enhancement, Augmented Reality Interface
Genetic Enhancements: Cardiovascular Overhaul, Respiratory Overhaul, Neurological Overhaul, Immune System Overhaul, Skeletal Overhaul, Sensory Overhaul, Aging Cancellation, Healing Rate Enhancement
