Johanna has long curley reddish brown hair with a side fringe covering half of her left eye and frameing,often mistaken for a full on ginger when in the bright light . Her eyes are a deep green and she has slightly tanned skin from being in the sun alot when sailing . Her features are soft,she has a small nose and a heart shape face but do not let her looks fool you.She's quite tall and slender . She is also very strong and agile and sly as a fox . Her lips are full and light pink and the apples of her cheeks are rosey . Her teeth are pearly white and straight so she has a bright smile .
Personality: Johanna is a very energetic person . She likes to live on the edge and loves adventure . She has a great sense of humor and is quite cheeky . Johanna has been criticised many times by sexist men,saying oftenly that a pirate ship was no place for a woman and that there was no way a woman could captain a ship as grand as La Joya de la Corona but she took it all in her stride and proved them wrong . After all,she doesn't get mad,she gets even . Her fighting skills have been enveyed and she is cunning and sly in every adventure.

History:Johanna grew up in a well-to-do family . Back then she was Lady Johanna St.Oswald,a beautiful belle of the city,loved by all,disired by bachelors everywhere .A true treasure . She had a mother and father named Angelica and Thomas and the cutest little brother named Christopher . Her father,Thomas was captain of the guard and was admired by his bravery and good deeds . He had dark brown hair and green eyes,the same as Johanna and he had chisled features,a bristley mustache and a huge physique any other man would envey . He thought Johanna how to fight and defend herself and they were very close . Her mother,Angelica was a beautiful but quite selfloving woman . She had long dark red hair,straight as a pin and a wrinkle free complection despite her age . She wasn't as tan as Johanna but looked alot like her . Angelica took pride in her looks and flaunted hers and Johannas as well,gaining alot of jelousey from the other ladies . Johanna had also a brother named Christopher who looked up to Johanna with great admiration . Conner looked alot like his father . Dark brown hair,green eyes,a round shaped head and cute little puppy dog eyes . Johanna used to read him stories about pirates and adventure and stories about buried treasure . She used to dream desperately of leaving her life and going out to live it . When Johanna turned 16,her Father came home with a guest over for dinner,a guest that would no doubht change everything . He was very handsome,tied back dirty blonde hair,a face that looked like it was carved by angels,eletric blue eyes and a heart-melting smirk . He introduced himself as Sir Micheal Renwick,a close friend of her fathers . He took her hand and kissed it,and lead her to the dineing room where the rest of the family had dinner . Despite his obvious charm and good looks,something seemed off about him,but she ignored it . Two nights later,Thomas and Angelica went out for dinner,leaving Johanna at their manor to watch Christopher . Christopher was in bed that night and Johanna was in the study . She heard a loud knock on the door,she went from the study to answer it . It was Micheal . She invited him inside,since he was wet from the rain outside . Little did she know,Micheal was heavily drunk . She went quickly to get some dry clothes from upstairs,leaving him to wait in the main room . When Johanna went back down,she noticed he was nowhere to be seen,until he came up from behind her,taking her by suprise . At first she thought he was joking until she smelt the strong alcohol as he breathed down her back . She managed to escape his grasp,standing a safe distance from him,suprised and scared by what just happened . He moved closer to her,backing her up to the wall beside the desk . He breathed down her neck,running his hands down her back . She was scared silly . She panicked and grabbed on to the draw beside her,grabbing her father's gun,shooting Micheal in the stomach . She saw him fall to the ground,blood all over her hands and burst out crying,feeling so guilty and scared . She fell back onto the ground and cried away until she finally calmed down and figured out what she was going to do . Johanna quickly dressed into the clothes she brought down for Micheal,tied up her hair to look like a boy . Once she was happy with how she looked,she ran upstairs to Christopher's room to say her last goodbye to her baby brother . She gently woke him up,careful not to fully wake up so he would still go back to sleep and not notice her unusual clothing . She gave him a kiss and said 'Christopher,I have to go away for a while,will you be a good boy for me?' . He nodded and replied 'Where you goin' sissy?' in his child like voice . 'I'm going to live with the pirates Christopher,' She said and kissed him goodnight,trying not to cry . She grabbed her father's sword and a horse from the stable and ran away from home,leaving Micheal's dead body there . She stayed at the nearest inn . The next morning,she rode her horse to town,hoping to sell her . She saw a few guards around,asking people if they saw her,she just sunk into her jacket more and fixed her hat,making her face less visible . She sold her horse and asked directions for the docks,asking if any ships were in need of a crew members . The man said a merchant ship selling rum just pulled into the docks . She walked down there to see a man shouting at a boy her age about him lieing when he said he could read and write . She ran over to the man,said that she could read and write . After a quick test by the captain,she was officially a member of the crew,under the name of John DeRose,Rose being the horses name . She stayed working on that boat for about a year,though it was quite boring,not that much action at all until one summer the merchant ship was attacked by none other than La Joya de le Corona,a pirate ship captained by the infamous Captain Piere Corsaire,a middle aged man with balding black hair and brown eyes . He reminded Johanna of her father . The crew attacked the ship,no lives were lost but the rum was stollen until one of the crew members looked into the cabin where Johanna was hidding . He took her by the arm and dragged her over to the captain while she struggled to free herself . Her hat came off,revealing her long hair,making her more femenin features more noticable . The crew were shocked to say the least and all of the pirate crew laughed at the fact that they had a woman under their noses . The captain did not laugh but gave her a warm smile of approval and admiration,confusing the rest of the crew . They took the rum back onto the ship and gave the merchent crew a choice,to stay there or join the pirate crew . Only five joined . Captain Corsaire made Johanna an offer . He would train her to become a pirate and raise her as his own and in return,she would join the crew . She joined and Johanna and the Captain have been close like father and daughter . Johanna quickly rose through the ranks,becoming the Captain's first mate . When the Captain died,she was made captain of La Joya De La Corona . She still comes across people looking for Lady Johanna St.Oswald and the murderer . Her father came to the conclusion that a pirate killed Micheal and kidnapped Johanna but never found her .She just sails the seas,living her dream .
