The rifle shoots powerful bolts from a long range, but takes time to build up the energy, while her revolver fires less powerful shots but without the need to build up the energy. She also has a conduit in her left hand that allows her to form an arcane shield which can protect her from moderate attacks.

Personality:
Katsumi is a bright and cheerful girl, but woe to those who ruin her good mood.
Background:
When Katsumi was little girl she developed a rare heart disease that threatened to take her young life. Her father, a master magi-tek engineer, spent most his money trying to find a way to cure it, but no medical remedy could be found. In a last desperate attempt while she was on her deathbed he used the last of his life’s savings to fund research into a magi-tek solution that would replace her heart with a device that would absorb arcane energy from the world and filter it to act as her lifeblood. The procedure worked but it left her father so deep in debt that he was eventually arrested for nonpayment. Katsumi of course felt obligated to save her father from his debt as well as from jail, so now she takes many odd jobs as she collects any funds she can.
