--Weapon: Lightning Rifle
--Classification: Sniping rifle
--Length: 2’

--Weapon: Nightshade
--Classification: Projectile revolver
--Length: 4”
--History: Nightshade is her own personal invention. Despite its comical appearance it is to be taken seriously. Nightshade uses a drum magazine composed of thirty thin ampoules which release the Nightshade venom when they come in contact with their target. Nightshade venom is composed of a corrosive which burns the fabric and skin, and upon reaching muscle tissue it seeps into the flesh and decomposes into a highly effective hallucinogenic tranquilizer. The compound itself is not her invention, but was borne of a partnership between her and a government pharmaceutical inventor.
--Powers: The first dose wears off in 8 hours, the second dose wears off in 24 hours but the target suffers of recurring hallucinations and narcolepsy, the third dose results in the compound binding permanently with receptors in the brain causing the affected person to never recover from it.
::History::
Dorothy Lavinia Crawley was the third child born to Lavinia Browne and Arthur Crawley, a rich family with political ties. Owning the monopoly over steel and iron factories meant that every emerging politician would want to be in good with them. Dot had always been rebellious, and despite her parents’ constant apropos about her going to study in the political field, she studied machining.
Dorothy graduated top of her class and even went as far as opening her own repair and development shop. Arthur Crawley is met with an untimely death, and the family’s fortune and monopoly fell onto the shoulders of their youngest born son who disinherited both his mother and his sister. Dorothy was forced to sell her establishment and most of her equipment in order to secure a home for herself on the outskirts of the city.
She was left with no choice but to swear allegiance to Peregrine and work for the supreme judges. Her superiors found her fit to serve them as an Enforcer due to her cruel, uncaring nature and formidable ability to turn off her conscience when it suited her best. As an Enforcer she was met with anything from calls to silence rebellious groups to assisting on patrols around the city to ensure that the curfews are properly enforced.
In her 12 years as an enforcer, the name of Black Bird has become a household name throughout the city meant to bring fear.
