Race: Daemon - A.K.A., a human combined with a demon. More specifically, a Nekomata.

Hair: Black.
Unusual features: Has short orange fur all along his body. Also has two thick cat tails - twin tails. He keeps them hidden, along with the feline features of his face.
Eyes: Silver.
Outfit: A black eyepatch over his right eye, and a black facemask to hide his features. A black vest, with concealed pockets, and a light black sash pinned to it with a silver-moon pin. There's a large moonstone set into the pin. A black netted undershirt, which extends to his wrists, and a set of fingerless gloves, good for concealing small weapons. A black sash around his waist, where his tails normally stay concealed within, tied with a belt of silver stars over it. Black pants, also with concealed pockets, and long black boots. Normally, he wears a black cloak over the whole affair to further conceal himself, with his sword on his back(see below).
Character Biography:
Hank is the product of dabbling in the sciences to create hybrid beings - chimaeras, so to speak. And he is one of the success stories. Taken as a toddler from his home in rural Terrenus, he was abused and forced into making his body as physically healthy and fit as possible in order for him to survive such a joining of minds. Many records that he existed before the experiments were erased and destroyed. Many records of how the procedure was done were burned up in the fire that consumed half of the building. But some may still exist.
After escaping, Hank spent many years on the run, even getting to another continent. Before, eventually, settling in with a group of mercenaries, who taught him the ways of battle. For a while, he had a decent living. That is, before he found the Masamune. A sacred blade, which is said to be the key to some greater purpose. Since then, he's been on the run again, chased by those who wish for the everlasting power and glory offered to the man who possesses the blade. Death follows him wherever he goes, and so do the bounties. But he vehemently denies killing anyone in cold blood, despite what the bounties say. A victim of circumstance?
Abilities and Weapons:
He's a trained warrior of various styles, able to pick up any weapon at a go. His preferred weapon, a large sword that is 5'4" from hilt to blade and about a foot wide, usually stays on his back, wrapped up in bandages so that it doesn't cut anyone. The hilt is black, with a big red gemstone set into the crosspiece. And he calls it the Masamune - Blade of Many.
He's skilled in hand-to-hand combat as well, having honed his martial skills for many years. He's been recorded to have punched through solid walls before - but, perhaps, that's due to the fact that he seems to conceal as many weapons as he shows.
Due to his infusion with the demon, he is able to use the heat in the air around him to conjure flames. He can even use the heat his own body generates, in a pinch, at the risk of losing many cells to a lack of stored energy.
