Character Biography:
The origins of Dr. C are a mystery. However, it IS known that he's posted a couple of top-dollar bounties on certain individuals. His name also appears on some documents involving the results experiments into creating chimaeras - humans blended with animals - and daemons - humans blended with dead spirits. These are far and few in between, however...and never officially existed. He doesn't even have a real name - only going by the letter "C". What it stands for? Nobody knows.
Abilities and Weapons:
Dr. C is armed with only a few things - his brain, his hands, and a set of scalpels. Each one, sharpened, and different lengths for various use. He's a bit skilled. He's a literal genius of any situation, figuring out what the opponent will do to retaliate against his actions before they do. Like the pieces of a chess game...and, finally, his hands, able to drain the life out of living things or objects into himself. He can draw it from the ground, as well, but he needs direct contact with a hand to draw it out of something like a tree, or animal. This is how he retains a healthy balance in his body. In fact...enough energy empowers him, even healing wounds or strengthening blows. Speeding up his reactions. A sort of utility power.
