Sounds like a lovely bit of story writing and plot building, mos def. But this would be better suited for the Water Cooler.
"I've never been nice my whole life, but I'll do my best... to be sweet. "
Interested. But curious as to why this is being advertised here.
. . . You had me until you misspelled characters and message.
Oh, and civilians in the first line.

Just double checking have you spoken to the admin of Terrenus about this?
I agree with rukus. though this does seem interesting
I didn't even notice the first line, haha.
But.. LOLOLOL
Okay, done. It's still a good message nonetheless, and gets props for using a unique means of advertising. Putting yourself in front of a whole forum of keen-eyed and quick-witted writers is tough, y0.
Shhhhhhhh, photoshop doesn't have spellcheck. And it's 1am.And I'm tipsy.
Also, yes, this was cleared with Supernal, and is a feeler for all our benefit to see who's interested before major planning goes down.
I'm interested regardless? I've my own interests that I'm about to start roleplaying in Terrenus. I could be of assistance, feel free to keep me updated. I've one who would be the one playing politics. Aside from that, I've a few others I rather keep off the grid so to speak. But all with interests.

I've read one of Scientist's roleplays and idk, it was pretty engaging. Very engaging, actually, and that's one of the reasons why I'm announcing my interest. BUT
I need some more details on what it might be like, how it'll be run, and what exactly "victories will be decided by character activity," means. Once I know all that, we'll see about chalking me up as a full blown participant.
Not with a grain of salt. With like, a fuckin' five gallon container full of salt.
Thank you; and I'm honored that you enjoyed the writing.
Deciding what methods by which to measure a political or military success are essentially only waiting on a rough accounting of how many players are interested in participating. But if you're willing, I'd happily expound more in detail on the options-- as well as any other particulars-- via YIM or PM. :)
I have no-one who can engage with it unless I make a new character but I like the idea if it has approval, who is it fighting against? Gen?
The essential concept is that each of the major cities would be given conflicting starter plot arcs-- either political or military in nature. Progress in these arcs by players would either create antagonistic behavior between cities or facilitate alliances, which would then be pushed forward by following story arcs, culminating either in consolidated power or outright civil war as cities vye for necessary resources and spheres of influence.
