This judgment seems pretty clear-cut to me. Laurani's character sheet explicitly states that "It seems the only thing she's unprepared for is a massive physical impact - but, hopefully, she's quick enough." While she "snaps" her shoulder back into its socket from a prone position on the ground (somehow? this seems like it might be a difficult feat) and sacrifices her sword, she's still suffering from the aforementioned "massive physical impact," a blow that dented her plate armor and still managed to dislocate her shoulder. Since the tradeoff between speed and defense/stamina is explicitly stated and there's nothing in the character sheet to indicate a tolerance to pain or an ability to fight through it (perhaps a consequence of the character's "can't-touch-me" attitude), her shoulder, while not dislocated, remains intolerably pained and, while it does not prevent her from grabbing hold of Raknar's blade at great cost to the integrity of the shoulder, it does prevent her from "lifting herself up shakily" into her intended crouch.
Along similar lines, although Laurani may be able to perform the action of attempting to grab Raknar's blade, Six-String has, nonetheless, already indicated she cannot withstand the "massive physical impact" such an interception would require. Her speed and super-strength have come at a cost, and it is precisely that cost that Six-String seems to be trying to ignore in this action. The awkward nature of the roll, combined with the fragility of the shoulder and Raknar's angle of approach, seem to indicate that Laurani's arm would not be able to withstand a "massive physical impact" of that kind: not from a prone position, not reaching over her own body to stop a direct and purposeful blow from a berserker in the midst of his "rage."
It seems, instead, far more likely that Laurani would, indeed, try such a maneuver but fail to execute it as she, perhaps in her desperation, imagined it and be relatively helpless, with a left arm made useless by overexertion and a right arm made useless by another direct impact from Raknar's weapon, while Raknar goes to work as specified in CrabBattle's last post.
As far as I'm concerned, this fight is over. Well-played, gentlemen.
