    Used Name: Camia
    Alias(es): Silent One, Lady Camia
    Age: 250
    Visible age: 18
    Lineage: Once Human
    Class: Assassin
    Specialty: Martial Arts/Shadow

    -- Sub Class: Rogue
    Alignment: Chaotic Good
    Marital Status: N/A
    Birthplace: Eden
    Languages: Elven, Common, and Drow
Weapons: Vengeance: The primary weapons for Camia. These weapons are two identical bartucs, which are similar to two claw shaped katars. The bartucs are consisted of two feet blades that curve at the end and flow downwards, so that they are able to grip what they catch onto and either slash, rip, or hang. They are steamed with a vampiric power, that allows Camia, to drain the life force out of a victim Camia has murdered. The claws drain the life force as well as the remaining life span the victim would have had, until Camia killed them. Camia is than able to turn that life force and soul into a healing power, to regain her strength.

Nichole’s Merciless: A wrist bracer that Camia wears on both arms. It is able to shoot out a thin wire of imbued steel with a tiny blade at the end. Camia was once known for wrapping this around an unobservant victim’s neck and choking the life out of them. The wire, for as thin as it is, has increased durability, the strength as any weapon, for it can block weapons and is very resistant to being cut.

Equipment: Shroud of Stealth A shroud that gives the bearer the ability to be the blend in perfectly with the area, camouflage the bearer. At night, or in the presence of shade or darkness, the wearer gains an increase amount of stealth, and shadow stepping.
Twin Anklets of Cat Reflexes: An anklet placed on both of Camia’s ankles that gives the bearer extra balance, speed, and reflexes.
Necklace of Selena: A gift given her by Selena ages ago. The necklace is able to reflect a considerable amount of magic from offensive spells and store them, converting the mana into a magic shield to protect the bearer.
Boots of Shadow Speed: Gives Camia, extra speed while running in either Night, shade, or darkness. Allows Camia to walk up a shadowed wall if need be.

    Height: 5'7”
    Weight: 124
    Hair Color: Blond
    Hair: Long and mostly braided
    Eye Color: Golden
    Handed: Ambidextrous
    Skin Tone: White

    Strength: Agility
    Blood Type: A Pos
    Primary Residence: Eden
Magical Abilities: Although Cam'Mia does not care for the art of magic, through her family's name she had learned the art of Shadow magic. Using Darkness to aid in her fight in both offensive and defensive capabilities. Because of her limited knowledge of magic, Cam'Mia uses minimal magic during a fight, and most of the time uses her magic skills to aid in her own fighting prowess, ie summoning shade under her feet so that she can move faster in it's presence.
Innate Abilities: Vampiric Claws: Camia had once killed an Immortal, draining the being out of it’s life force. By doing so, it prolonged Camia’s life to that of the lifespan of a Drow or High Elf. By slowing down her lifespan, Camia has been able to serve her family unquestionably.
Blood Magic- Possessed by few arcanic powers, Camia is a blood relative of Selena. As blood is shed by Camia, it induces a magic rage, similar to that of a berserker, making her faster and stronger.
Eyes of Shadow: Gives Camia, Ordinary sight in darkness.
Animalistic Reflexes: An increased sense of awareness and reflexes.

Camia, one of the youngest of the family, was respected for her talents in melee fighting. What she lacked in brute strength, she made up in her cunning, and lighting fast attacks. Although lacking severely in the art of magic, Camia never quit, becoming an assassin of her day. Selena had enticed her to embrace this calling, becoming the silent hand that would stop harm that presented itself to the family from the shadows. In turn, Selena gave Camia a present, a single necklace treasured by the family. It gave Camia the edge to compete with that of her greater family and thus making her a deadly opponent. Thanking her cousin, Camia strives to train in her skills, serving her family with all loyalty.

    Sylinth Snow

    Spoiler:
    Sylinth Snow

    Basic Information:

    Profession: Pilgrim
    Known Aliases: Gray Wanderer
    Birthdate: ?
    Hometown: ?
    Sex: Male
    Height: 5’5
    Weight: 137 Lbs

    Appearance:

    Hair: Gray (Shoulder-length)
Facial Hair: Gray Beard and Moustache (a foot long from the chin)
    Eyes: Iridescent
    Skin: Average Complexion
    Build: Lean
    Clothing: Gray Hooded Cloak
    *Carries an Elderwood walking stick

    Personality:

Syl is a silent, soft spoken middle aged man. From his appearance, he would easily be mistaken for someone past 70, but his actual age is around 35, though even he himself is unsure due to never having parents and having no memory of his childhood. He has no noticeable sickness or disability which requires him to have a walking stick. He is slow to anger and always speaks with choice words. Often he sits by a tavern or pub or some similar establishment and ask for spare change from its many patrons. He is far travelled, having friends in the Elven woodlands up to the mountain keeps of the Dwarves. Although known, he is very reclusive, preferring solitude and silence.

    History:

His life, as far as he can remember, began with him wandering the streets of Golfandor, the city of perpetual rain. He begged, worked, and even stole, just to survive. All this changed when he discovered the art of Summoning which he used to leave his life of damp misery and went to travel the world. With a burning desire and silent conviction, he set out… His goal, to collect the golden zodiac seals, and uncover the secrets of Summoning.

    Abilities:

Summoning. Syl is able to call upon celestial summons through the use of seals. The seals are carved into different materials, depending on the power of the Summon. Aside from calling on Summons, the seals also bestow Syl a certain ability. Currently, Syl has 3 seals.

Ebony Seal: ‘The Shadow’ Summons a figure made of black smoke, and allows Syl to shadowmeld

Blood Seal: ‘The Serpent’ summons a venomous serpent whose size depends on this ratio: The larger the snake, the less toxic its venom. Grants Syl a high tolerance against poisons.

Arrowhead Seal: ‘The Archer’ a unique seal, like all Zodiacs, this summons Sagittarius, a centaur archer. Grants Syl sharper vision and sensitivity to movement, and improves his marksmanship.

Summoning requires Mental focus and Soul energy, as the Summoned Creature takes up Space and energy in the plane of the Summoner, the soul energy is traded in place of the summon in the Celestial Plane. This summoning system prevents the different planes from imploding from the sudden disappearance of matter and energy. And because of the heavy toll on the Summoner, keeping more than 2 Summons active at once requires great skill, and 3 above, highly unwise and difficult.

    Notes:

His Iridescent eyes are barely noticeable as he keeps his hood up almost all the time, and his gray hair is kept in from of his face, further obscuring his face.

His Elderwood walking stick is a black and twisted, at the lower tip it tapers to a thin point, while the top ends in a mass of protrusions that look like roots of an upturned tree

    Backstory to follow

    Of Seal Summoning:

Summoning is a fairly common magic, although most notably used by Necromancers, Elementalists and Druids, there are many different types of Summoning styles. Sylinth uses the ancient, and often considered obsolete, art of Seal Summoning (SS). This requires a contract of sorts, consisting of a Symbol for the Summon; called the Celestial Summon (CS), and a suitable material upon which the symbol is etched, carved, tattooed or otherwise marked on. The process of summoning requires tremendous mental concentration, and sufficient Soul Enery (SE), which is exchanged for the space and matter occupied by the CS in this world, into the Celestial Plane from which the CS came from. This Summon art is rarely practiced not only because of it's degree of difficulty but also because SS also has a finite number of summons.

    Basic Rules:
    1. A Master must have completed the required formal contract in order to summon from the Celestial Plane

    2. A Master must always have the required Soul Energy to summon a CS. If the master does not have enough SE, the summoning will fizzle and the SE will be dispersed

    3. A CS may never directly and willingly cause serious injury to its master

    4. A CS may stay in the physical plane with it's master as long as the master is able to provide the necessary SE

    5. A CS can NEVER be forced into the physical plane without a formed formal contract

*Full details discussed in 'Summoners Contract'

Summons: Summons are ranked in level of strength and ability; From lowest to highest, these are the C,B,A and S ranks.
    C class Summons
(creatures and inanimate objects of the lowest power. there are around 100)

    B class Summons
(creatures and inanimate objects of average power. there are around 70)

    A class Summons
(powerful creatures, weapons and armor. there are around 50)

    S class Summons
(Mythical beasts, Elementals, and Legendary Weapons. there are around 50)
Symbols: though other Summoning arts may have multiple summons of the same creature, SS has a finite number of summons. This can be viewed as a major drawback, considering that the aim of most summoners is to have their own private army. But there is a major cause for this, because that the CS have their own lives and own personalities within their dimension called the Celestial Plane. Because of this limited number of CS, each and every one of them answers to a certain symbol. Most of the low ranking summons have their symbols compiled through magical documents, which are sold by merchants who sell such items. The higher ranking symbols though, require another process of attainment altogether. Due to to the CS having a certain degree of free will, the more powerful CS tend to be stubborn, and only accepting a contract with Summoners whom they deem worthy of their power.

Celestial Plane: While other summons animate corpses and inanimate objects, or draw animals and form elementals, SS draws all of its summoned creatures (Celestial Summons) from a different and separate dimension called the Celestial Plane. In this dimension, Living CS have their rate of recovery tripled, while weapons and armor are mended by 'The Smith' (a CS)

Soul Energy: Soul Energy (SE) is the currency of Seal Summoning. It's created through concentration and meditation. It is traded in place of the matter and energy shifted from the CS onto the physical plane. The more powerful the summon, the larger amount of SE required.

    Important Notes:

*Summons are not mindless minions to do the summoner's every command, they are rational beings capable of their own thoughts and actions. the 'Summoner's Contract' explains the full details.

*Not all Celestial Summons are bound to the Celestial Plane.. Some summons (commonly the powerful ones) are actual beings from the physical plane.

**Details on above is discussed on Summon Contract.

*Although the counts for each class looks fairly high, note that only one Summoner can control the Symbol (and therefore the CS) and call upon it.

*Ex. as Syl owns the Arrowhead Seal of Sagittarius, no other summoner can summon Him. This may not be a problem concerning C and B class summons, but what summoner would be satisfied with mediocre Skeletons and Treemen when you can summon the Phoenix, Minotaur, etc. therein lies Sylinth's quest.

    More details to follow

    The Summoners Contract under construction

    Summary:

Sagittarius, a member of the Zodiac sub-class summons. He is a centaur archer with incredible accuracy. He also has a great amount of stamina, evidenced by his ability to travel long distances while carrying Syl. Though he is a powerful archer, he is also very strong up close. Utilizing his powerful arms and legs, he is formidable in unarmed combat.

    Background:

Sagittarius was one of the first summons Oljhin, along with Smoke and Ahas. He is one of the twelve Zodiac sub-class summons (rank S). As being one of the S ranking summons, he shares with them the arrogance and care-free attitude. Though he may seem that way, Sagittarius has a reliable side, and is always looking out for his master, though he doesn't always come off that way.

He has claimed to be Chiron, an immortal centaur, in his previous life. When asked how he became a celestial summon, Sagittarius simply replies with a snort and looks away. He places his confidence in Syl, and his other summon brethren under his master's control, but is very suspicious of other humanoid beings. He has a fondness for elven folk and their kin, enjoys the music of the harp, and, when not with Syl, is often practicing his archery in the celestial plane.

Art I made for Sagittarius. No colors.. I suck at colors.. and No photo manipulation either.. I blow at that. >.>

PS: I know the drawing is crappy. xD

    ummary:

Smoke is a celestial summon that appears as a swirling mass of black, smoky, shadowy tendrils. He is often with Syl as he does not require a great amount of Soul Energy to keep active. Smoke is often plays the role of scout for Syl because of his speed and stealth. Even though almost undetectable in darkness, Smoke is significantly weaker when under direct sunlight. He moves slower, his reach limited, and his shadowmelding ability is negated. Any artificial light, on the other hand, does little to hamper his ability. Even so, he detests any form of light. His ability peaks highest at the hour of dusk, and it peaks lowest at dawn.

    Background:

Smoke was formerly known as Athalin Corbeir, the soul of an assassin trapped in limbo, for the crime of Kinslaying. Smoke was Athalin’s codename whilst he was an assassin for hire. After spending centuries in limbo, he offered to make a summon contract with Syl when they had contact at a time when Syl was an apprentice summoner. Seeing a way out, He tried to trick the [then] naïve apprentice. After much discussion, (in secret, as Syl’s master would surely have thrown fits and cast both Syl and Smoke into the bottomless pit that is Limbo) they agreed that, in return for service to Syl, Smoke’s spirit was to be released from limbo and allowed passage into the celestial plane as a celestial summon. Although the judge of limbo agreed to this, he added that Smoke’s soul will only be released when Syl passes on his seal to an apprentice. Until such time, should any harm befall Syl, Smoke’s soul shall be forever trapped in limbo. This changed Smoke’s easy escape into a lifetime of servitude. Though he resents these conditions, he still gives a deal of care for his master.

He assumed his form both as a reminder of his former life, and of limbo, and of the place that awaited him should he let Syl die prematurely. He has no fixed mass, and can expand his size indefinitely. Whatever size he takes, Syl has to ‘pay’ the corresponding amount of soul energy, but when there are shadows about, Smoke can assimilate and manipulate those into his mass without Syl having to ‘pay’ the equivalent soul energy.

*He is technically a celestial summon in a sense that, even though his soul is in limbo, his corporeal form and consciousness reside in the celestial plane when unsummoned.

*He can attach himself to Syl’s black elderwood staff while in the physical plane for concealment.

*Though his form is that of smoke, he can congeal his ‘body’ into solid form with a resistance equivalent to the same thickness of steel.Though he can also create projectile weapons such as arrows or bolts, he rarely does as he has a very limited range when out in the open.

*Though his symbol grants Syl the ability to shadowmeld, this ability is magnified if Smoke is in the field as he can render Syl almost invisible and hides him from the perception of all but the keenest senses.

    ~*~ Cam’Mia ~*~

Looking up, Cam’Mia only noticed one thing about the sky. It was dark, which cast a shadow over the meadow field. This in itself was something Cam’Mia wanted, for it gave her concealment, and in the shadow it gave her life. She could hear the thunder roaring in the background. There was no lighting to be seen yet, but when there was thunder, Lighting would be sure to follow. It had been several days since she had left the confines of Last Chance, and she believed that she was lost. It was unlike Cam’Mia to ever get lost, but such things happens when you are in an unfamiliar territory.

Cam’Mia walked across the meadow, making no sound at all. It would be unfitting for an assassin to make any sound, for it could cost you your life. However, it wasn’t that Cam’Mia was trying to not make sound, it was just the fact that her movements were trained to be silent, and thus by natural instincts they were. Cam’Mia made no notion to crouch down as she walked through the meadow, for she was not trying to hide herself. She drew her long black cloak around her body, hoping it wouldn’t start raining. Cam’Mia hated getting wet, even though she loved the darkness storms made. Her cloak wrapped around her body, concealing her true outfit. Her mind began to wonder what the day would have in store for her. She had to get to a city called Tia, to answer the callings of her Eldest Cousin, Selena.

The journey had not been a pleasant one for Cam’Mia, but after her long rest she just had, Cam’Mia felt brand new and ready to start moving again. The problem however, was which direction would she had to trouble? Looking around Cam’Mia’s face gave a look of hopelessness. She sighed as she placed her right hand over her face, to hide her shame.

“How Tedious.” She said to herself.

The low rumble of thunder caused the sleeping wanderer to stir against the tree on which he rested his back. Through the swirling smoke that surrounded his visage, he gazed upon the darkened skies that blanketed the meadow in a thin shroud. The sun would peak in rays that pierced through the cloud cover, but they were few and far in between. His gaze fell from the skies to the ground. The figure moving through the meadow was barely visible, even for Syl, whose eyes have been sharpened by experience, could only make out the faint outline of the new arrival.

"Can she see us? Unlikely. Then perhaps we should introduce ourselves properly then."

In a fluid motion, he stood and brushed off the leaves and dust that had settled on his gray cloak during his rest. The smoke that had previously enveloped him seemed to be receding back into his black staff which he held firmly. The last tendrils of the black vapors have been absorbed by the staff as he reached halfway the distance from his tree to the stranger. "You there, stranger! You seem lost... It's dangerous to lose your way out here." He shouted at the figure.

He awaited a response, his body relaxed save his grip on the Elderwood staff.

    ~*~ Cam'Mia ~*~

It took time for Cam'Mia to cross the meadow, but as she heard a voice in the far distance, her body stopped. All was silent, except the sound of the whistling wind. Cam'Mia said nothing but turned around, her face showing a pale face, beautiful to a degree, but her eyes held that of a killer, but she knew the man would not be able to tell for she was very far away. Cam'Mia moved now towards the voice, her eyes focusing on the source. Still she said nothing, until she was about twenty feet away, a distance she could cover in mere seconds. Speed was her friend, shadow was her aid, and her own prowess was beyond sensibility.

"I am lost sir." She said softly, watching the man with a curious look. "I need to know the way to Tia if you please. I have business there." Cam'Mia said softly as she took a few steps closer. The man seemed intriguing. "I am fine taking care of myself good sir."

He stood motionless as she approached, observing the manner in which she moved towards him. Graceful was how some would put it, nimble would be another. Any way you would call it, it proved one thing, this stranger would seem capable of swift movements.

    "Be ready. Always"

The woman, Syl could barely discern her face, was standing close now. Close enough for him to lower his voice as he spoke.

"Tia? My, I'm not sure how I can help. You see I'm not sure how I got here either."

He positioned his staff in front of him, dragging the pointed tip in an arc from his right side. His stance was in no way threatening, as his was his demeanor. From beneath his gray hood, he cleared his throat and steeled his gaze. "Might I ask who you are? For that matter, what your business with me is?" Syl knew that she was most likely not interested in him at all, but he couldn't be sure. Until he was, suspicion dictates that he be wary of all strangers.

    ~*~ Cam'Mia ~*~

Sometimes a person had to choose between right and wrong, good and evil, reality and fantasy. In order to master these type of things usually affected how an assassin did business. Not all assassins were bad, and not all assassins chose sides. Cam'Mia looked down at her right hand, revealing a small piece of paper. It held an image of her next target. Her golden cat eyes gave it a small glance and that was all she needed. Unfortunately for this man, he had to be captured and brought to her mistress. The imaged reflected the man standing before her. Her look did not change but there wasn't a great amount of time in between the glance and Cam'Mia's movements. Her body dashed forward, two loud clicks shattered the silence of the meadow, as her dual bartucs clamped into place, her fingers gripping her weapons, with a steel metal covering over the top of her hands and wrists for protection. It took Cam'Mia a merely three steps before she made an upward slash towards the man before her with her right claw. Her left claw was left behind, as her golden eyes flashed as a soft ray of sunlight met her hues, only to be bypassed by her the haunting speed of her movements. She estimated that the man only had but a mere second and a half to react, as her claw was itching for flesh contact. If the man did not move and took the hit, it would not kill the man, but it indeed would hook into his flesh of his left ribs and more than likely get hooked in between bone. That strike would not kill the man, but she knew the pain would be very incapacitating.

The speed with which she charged at him was incredible. Even with enhanced perceptions, his reaction speed was not quite up to par with her attack. Luckily, he had Smoke ready. Right as she took her last of three steps towards him, the black tendrils of Smoke had spread forth from his staff and coalesced into a black mass in the path of her strike, hardening to prevent the menacing blades from piercing his skin whilst forming around the blade trying to immobilize his attacker. A majority of the black essence formed around Syl, wrapping him in a what resembled a thick robe of black silk.

He gripped the black staff with both arms and pivoted on his right leg, bringing up the lower end of the staff in an upward swing, aiming for her midsection.

    ~*~ Cam'Mia ~*~

This man seemed odd, and his powers were even indeed strange. She was fast, and that was indeed her way out of any situation, until she was backed into a wall, and to be truthful, she was not. The mistake the man made was allowing his power to manifest to block her right claw first. That gave Cam'Mia the insight into his power, and she determined that the next step would more than likely be a solidity around her own claw, which indeed would be troublesome. Before the black smoke could solidify, Cam'Mia jerked her claw back with lighting cat like reflexes, drawing her claw out of the immobilization zone. It caused her weight to shift suddenly, and with her forward momentum, Cam'Mia merely bent her legs, and jumped high into the air with a spinning forward flip, allowing the staff to flow in between her legs missing her mid section and striking at empty air.

Cam'Mia's body went into a spiral of a flip into the air, and while mid air, Cam'Mia's bracers emitting two small blades which were attached to a magically imbued wire. The blades were aimed precisely at the right and left neck, where the main blood arteries laid in the neck. If her left tiny blade hit the man's flesh, it would emit a poison that would cause the man's vision to slowly fade in a matter of ten seconds, and then be blinded for three minutes. If the right tiny blade met flesh, the poison would relax the muscles in the man's body, and more than likely cause the man to collapse due to his leg's muscles not being able to hold up solid matter. Cam'Mia's golden eyes watch intently, even though she was spinning violently in the air.

The weight of her thrust suddenly gave away as she vanished before his eyes. Smoke solidified by his neck, but not fast enough to prevent a small nick from her left blade. With his swing hitting nothing but air, his momentum carried him forward. Curling up into a roll, he tumbled forward and repositioned himself in a kneeling stance, his left knee flat to the ground while his right was up close to his chest.

Damn she's fast. I wouldn't call it fast. I could kill her in my day. Your days are over, and mine would be if we don't stop her soon.

He lowered his left arm to the ground, the sleeve of the robe concealing his hand as he grabbed a few loose pebbles.

    ~*~ Cam'Mia ~*~

While spinning, Cam'Mia noticed her left blade nicking the man in his neck, and soon, she knew the poison would take effect in a matter of ten seconds. The two blades then embedded themselves deep in the ground. Cam'Mia however did not stop, for when two strings are connected to a central point that is spiraling, they intertwine with each other and because of her wires being that of metallic properties it would create resistance and tension. Cam'Mia's momentum was coming to an end, and as she landed quietly on the ground, Cam'Mia used her strength to force her arms apart, breaking that resistance. The small blades buckled under the tension, and broke from the ground, spraying dirt and rocks in the direction of Cam'Mia's target. The rocks were minor but with the force that they were being flung, they would sure leave and cause bruises as well as swollen muscles if hit directly. The dirt it's self was self explanatory, creating a cover of dust, and if dirt got into the eyes, it would surely cause a result of blurry vision.

Cam'Mia wanted her opponent to be blind, and she knew he would soon lose vision due to her poisoned blade, but it wouldn't hurt that if he was managed to be standing after the next three minutes, if a single speck of dirt in an eye would continue to add in her opponents downfall. Her form was ready to move again, but she watched instead.

The cloud of dirt burst up from the ground, sending rocks hurling towards Syl at high speeds. Their impact was negligible, for Smoke had already hardened to form a layer a third of an inch thick around him, covering most of his form save an area around his eyes. He hurled the stones through the dust cloud toward the area where he'd judged that the woman would land. After the had cleared his left hand, he reached for his necklace. "Spirit of the arrowhead seal, grant me your strength" Light flashed the moment he finished uttering the words, and in his left hands he held a golden bow.

Planting his staff firmly in the ground beside him, he drew on the bow. A black arrow formed within his fingertips as he pulled the string taught and aimed it directly in front of him.

. o O (I am terribly sorry for that. My internet in Afghanistan isn't the best. I've deleted the duplicate. I do apologize. )

    ~*~ Cam'Mia ~*~

Of course, hurling of stones was a bit silly. Cam'Mia could only devise that it was merely a distraction. Moving slightly to the right, Cam'Mia evaded the first two stones with ease, but the third struck Cam'Mia on the side of her left shoulder, drawing blood. It did not hurt, but the stone's sharp edge made a slight cut in between her light armor. It was not really by accident that the stone hit Cam, but deliberately. The blood of the Nichole was powerful, and once it was shed, the blood would begin to activate, drawing upon Blood Magic. Cam'Mia knew what it would do for her well. A split second after that, Cam'Mia went on an all out sprint, retracting her dual blades with wires back to her bracers, only to re shoot them again at an angle in which she was moving, which was counter clockwise around her target's body. There was nothing but meadow around. The dual blades were not particularly aimed at any central point at the man, just in his direction. However being a blind shot, two blades were in the vincity to strike the man's right left, and his left shoulder.
