Personality: Generally perceived as a man of pious fervor and an emotionless heart, the Dragon carries both the burning blood of a warrior and the peaceful heart of a member of the clergy. Outside of battle, Reinhard works with a cold, dispassionate efficiency in order to achieve what has been set in his path, sometimes as efficiently as a man who is decades younger than he. Despite his advanced age, the Dragon is still given wide berth by many younger men of the newer generations. Althought not one to generally waste time with words and pleasantries, the old man is by no means an unintelligent brute. Rather, he drinks in the details presented to him and commits them to memory for later use. Whether he deals with kings or beggars, Reinhard tends to display the same cool politeness to all, not quite friendly but by no means impolite. Due to his deep connection with religion, he has been famed to perform miracles in and outside of the battle field. When in battle, however, the Dragon lets go of all earthly restraint and plunges headfirst into battle, leaving his fate up to the gods. Although most would accuse him of being a cold and emotionless being, the few who know him well enough and boast of calling him a friend know that ingrained deep in his being is a gentle and loyal soul that would sooner die than allow his comrades to be harmed.

Abilities and skills
Peak Human Condition: Due to his several years of training and a hard regimen of his own, Reinhard has reached peak levels of human strength and speed. For a man of his age, he is surprisingly agile and is able to easily overtake a man with half of his years.

Enhanced Durability: Reinhard’s ability to endure and resist damage is considerably higher than an average human being. Due to his years serving the Knights, he is able to receive and sustain a great number of wounds and ignore the pain, no matter how serious they are during a situation of great stress. When it comes to disease, Reinhard can fend off the symptoms for a time, yielding to the sickness days later if the sickness is potent.

Enhanced Stamina: Due to his many years of fighting and early years of working as a servant without rest and some days until he passed out, Reinhard’s stamina is well beyond the levels of normal human beings, barring on the supernatural. When fighting, the old knight is relentless and does not budge an inch, always attempting to stop his enemies short in their tracks and protect his fellow soldiers.

Weapon Mastery: Due to his years on the battlefield, the Dragon has become extremely liberal with the idea of what can be used as a weapon. From rocks, to knives, to hammers the soldier has always found creative ways to employ common items and turn them into deadly weapons.

Hand-to-Hand: Due to his sheer size, weight, and his metallic hand, Reinhard has adapted several different style’s teachings in order to develop his own fighting style, focusing mainly on offensive forms. Due to his ability to endure immense amounts of damage, defense tends to be forsaken in this style.

Enhanced Reflexes: Reinhard can catch flies in mid-air, dodge and maneuver around complex attacks, catch falling objects, block detriments, and normally react instantaneously to what others take more time to react to. Due to his enhanced reflexes and his extensive battle training, Reinhard is very rarely caught unaware.

Vessel of the Gods: Due to his religious fervor and his many years served as a priest, the Dragon has opened himself as a channel to the Bloody Seer’s energies, enabling him to accomplish feats such as healing outside of battle, and allowing him to effectively wield the Bloody Seer’s “light” while in combat, either using his hammer as a channel or his own body.

Weapons
Hand of Remembrance: After the loss of his left hand, Reinhard fitted his arm with a roughly hewn replacement. Carved from solid titanium ore and engraved with several runes tied to his religious belief, the Hand of Remembrance is primarily used in hand-to-hand combat and as a conduit to the Bloody Seer’s energies he channels. The only markings distinguishable in Common, however, is the word “Elayne”, after his belated wife. When channeled through, the symbols engraved in the metal seem to come to life, exuding an eerie red hue.

Elayne's Tears: Reinhard’s signature weapon, the warhammer is always seen in the old knight’s possession. Exactly two and a half feet in length, the hammer’s head is of a rather crystalline appearance that glows with a muted inner light when at rest, casting a lavender hue at its surroundings while the frame is made out of titanium. The grip of the hammer is wrapped in a pale lavender leather that matches the stone perfectly. Very few are aware, but the crystalline warhammer’s head is in truth the heart of the Dragon slain by Reinhard and whose soul bonded with his. When channeling the Bloody Seer‘s energy, the hammer’s head emits a sooty red glow, as do the runes running down the frame.
