Attire: Often seen wearing a virgin white dress, knee height. Aside from undergarments, Joy typically carries no other attire on her persona—not even shoes or socks.

Eye Color [Sadness]: Ebony with lightly peppered irises.
Hair Color: More or less the same color as eyes.

Equipment:
Angelic Arrows and Bow: An alloy bow conjured upon command, standing about four feet in length and hosting a silvery string illuminated with mystical energy. This energy is released in different forms depending on which digit[s] Joy/Sadness uses when she draws it back. Also depending on her digits are the types of arrows utilized.
[Since Sadness has been separated from Joy, her ability to summon the bow was disabled, as it has an affinity to Joy's body alone. However, after torturing a mastersmith, Sadness has recently acquired a bow of her own..]

This bow is incomplete and due to this not all its abilities are fully active nor at their strongest potential. So far the bow has only revealed a few capabilities in correspondence with its IC play.
[1] Sentience [In order to completely fulfill Sadness' request for the bow to have a strong psionic resistance, the mastersmith not only enchanted it with wards, but blessed the bow with a consciousness. This consciousness allows the bow to both think and react with psionic energy as if it had a brain to power it. This also provides the bow with a sentience.]
[2] Blood Buffing[When bathed or touched by blood, the bow seems to gain power and/or become more aggressive, but it is still a mystery what the blood exactly does.]
[3] Black Flames [These flames, possessing no heat, are a representation of a strange energy that has taken the characteristics of Sadness' virulent energy. However, the flames have more than degradation abilities of foreign energy, they seem to both 'burn' away energy as well as adapt to it simultaneously. When it touches energy that is not of its own, it adapts to the aggressive force, building its immunity to the attack almost instantly. Because of this indescribable trait, it makes countering the flames with the same move twice nearly impossible. And even though the bow never inhales the flames that have adapted to an attack, its flames are forever immune to what it has previously assaulted.]

Angelic Wings: Joy’s wings changes size—the largest wingspan amounting to 24 feet and the smallest 2 feet long. In battle her wings becoming ‘engaged,’ crackling with electrical energy that absorbs and releases ambient energy. Joy uses her wings as a shield, a weapon and sometimes an absorber.
Porcelain Sake bottle: Joy is always seen with a sake container in her left hand [as she is left handed] and will only drop it if she needs to use her bow.
~Brief description on abilities~
Angelic Speed: As with many angels, Joy/Sadness has the ability to accelerate at extreme speeds. The energy emitting from her wings assists even more.

Flight Focus: Because she can travel at such high speeds, her eyes are accustomed to fast movement. She can see fast movements, process and engage them on a level well above normal. In a sense, she'll see things in slow motion. This also limits her ability to get dizzy, and allows for perfect judgment and ability to spontaneously shoot arrow midst chaotic movement.
Angelic Touch: In her specific angelic race, those with royal blood have the essence of life within their fingertips [literally]. Each digit contains different forms of elements, which she often utilizes for her arrows. Two of Joy’s digits have the ability to heal alone and reverse death when combined. Performing such tasks directly upon another person is very arduous to the energy supply—an exception being minor healing.
When Sadness is engaged, the angelic essence of life is replaced by the essence of death. Sadness can cause serious ill to the body and even kill someone if she physically touches them with her two fingers. The elements with her digits are filled with harmful viruses and diseases that spread more death than life.
Angelic Strength: Although she is very petite in appearance, Joy/Sadness is blessed with angelic strength. These are subject to change if combined with speed.

Transformation Sadness: Sadness is a demonic being within Joy and is constantly trying to take control of the body. In order to succeed in this, Joy must have a clear head [or in other words, she must be sober]. Joy constantly drinks alcohol to suppress Sadness, but her ‘healing factor’ [explained below], makes the effects last for short periods of time. Another thing that will draw Sadness out is physical pain. Joy, under extreme conditions of pain, will be forced into a transformation. Sadness is sufficiently stronger than Joy and is unhindered by the effects of alcohol. Once out, Joy cannot regain control unless Sadness is forced back into submission by an outside force.
Note!!! [Currently in Joy's storyline, Sadness had been removed from Joy's body. It is unknown if the two will be recombined, but this well change certain abilities. A prime and obvious example being that the transformation factor above is now void. It should be noted that Sadness's stats will remain the same, but will exist in her own body. I will note key differences as we go through the profile]
~Innate Abilities~
Cellular Angelic Healing: Joy’s cells have white magic traveling through them. Like an immune system, it develops a resistance to most invasive substances, environments, and even foreign energies. In addition, this creates an ‘healing factor’ deep within her skin, making her able to heal quickly from inflicted wounds, age significantly slower than others, and allow Joy to be able to withstand extreme conditions. [i.e If Joy was set on fire, her body would literally fight being burned.]
[Ever since Sadness was removed from Joy, this healing factor has been excelled to a surreal level. Joy's healing powers, once hindered by Sadness's pestilent energy, is now free to flourish to its pure angelic potential. If I may be simplistic, Joy heals like Wolverine. Got an idea now?]
Any type of healing or pleasure is like terrible pain to Sadness. The healing factor within Joy becomes a ‘pain factor’. On a cellular level, her cells in this state are contracting violently. For the duration Sadness is out, she is constantly feeling physical pain within her body. However, Sadness is a sadomasochist, feeling pain is pleasure, so it does not hinder her ability to act. In addition, her condition is contagious—if bodily fluids were to touch another, it would render them through the same pain she feels and even cause illness. The greatest negative to this is if a wound is inflicted, the healing process is nearly neglected.
[Because Joy's healing powers are gone, Sadness's deadly energy is raging out of control. Without Joy, Sadness's body literally destroys itself. Without Joy, Sadness cannot survive, she becomes a living virus. The only reason she lives now is because Fearix is keeping her so with his own powers.]
~ A little bit about her split personality~
Personality as Joy:
In the beginning, Joy was a playful and carefree angel with many friends. Along with being the successful flirt, Joy also had a tendency be a heart breaker. However, now-n-day, Joy is constantly drunk. As a drunken angel, Joy’s personality is reverted to that of an impulsive, hysterical, and perverted child.
Joy is quite the alcoholic. Being an angel makes her immune to human related alcohol diseases, and thus she can drink for hours and days on end with the ultimately effect of only passing out [not dying]. Sake is her preferred drink and one of her favorite past times is challenging people to drinking contests. While drinking tends to strengthen her powers at times, like a drunken boxer, if she drinks too much, she’ll be too disorientated to fight.
Personality as Sadness:
Unlike Joy, Sadness is not a social girl. She usually remains silent and waits for the chance to hurt someone. She enjoys the sight of death and has a sadistic humor. Being a sadmasochist, Sadness enjoys pain both inflicted on herself and others—but what pleasures her most is hurting Joy herself. [Hitting two birds with one stone type of deal.]
Lately Sadness has been gaining more and more control of Joy’s body. She aims to be the dominant ruler of the body. However, as Joy realizes that Sadness is getting stronger, she drinks large amounts of alcohol, repressing Sadness within her.
Neither Joy nor Sadness is aware of the other’s actions when repressed within. [Typically…lately Sadness has been finding loopholes to this rule.]
~A look into Joy’s Past~
Joy was born of royalty in the Kingdom of Heaven before a war with the human realm occurred and the kingdom was destroyed. The kingdom now lies in ruins and this devastating battle was known as the Holy War.
Joy was captured as an infant during the midst of fighting and taken to the mortal realm of Earth to be used in the experimentation of humans. She was trained under extreme conditions of the lab, developing an amazing angelic speed, mastery of elements and remarkable archer skills. Joy seemed to have the power of life within her as well, a special royal trait that allowed her to control life itself within her fingers (This is what interested her captors the most). From a few months to the age of sixteen, Joy was trained and used as a seductress/ assassin to do the bidding of these humans.
As the years pasted on, Joy had fallen in love which another assassin, who promised to they would run away together from the confines of slavery. However, this assassin betrayed the angel, turning out to be a traitor in ledge with those that kept her as a slave. The humans were performing another experiment and the goal of it was to get the angel pregnant and observe it. In an act of rage and sorrow, Joy’s reality scattered and her world was split in two. She developed a second personality that was soon known to be Sadness (typical name, no?). Sadness was a dark angel who seemed more like a demon. A completely different person in Joy's body with powers thrice the strength of hers. Sadness massacred the entire lab and murdered the infant within Joy's body.
Once Joy regained consciousness, she had found everything was lost and thought herself a monster. Her halo disappeared and although Joy did not 'fall,' she was considered a fallen angel. After running from the slaughter, Joy learned the true experience of freedom. Within her, Sadness remained dormant until danger came near or when Joy let her guard down.
As time passed, Joy found herself going on several adventures with many strange characters from different worlds and realms. During these episodes, Joy learned of her original place in heaven and who she was. However, because of Sadness within her she knew she could never return to her homeland and revive the dead kingdom.
And her problems with Sadness were only beginning…
