The primary principal of their faith is “whatever you do, do it well.” If you sleep, learn to sleep well. If you punch people, learn to punch well. If you draw water, draw water well. Grace and efficiency is the primary concern, devoting themselves to a minimalism that, albeit stringent, is in no way spartan. He applies this to everything he does.
