Re: Cyrrus [i]

[justify:2fw5gfk9]High above the clouds, the sounds of mechanical groans and the shifting of gears exploded to life. The skies seemed to cry as the eyes of hume and beast both, tried to focus in on what was to be. The people of this land would assume it to be thunder, most didn't even care to cast it an ear despite its audible debut. Many interests were piqued when they bore witness to the clouds clearing out in Cyrrus [i]'s wake; parting as if a massive sword had lacerated the heavens, making way for a massive piece of Primal art to present itself in the lower parts of the atmosphere.

A gift from Renovatio after the passing of a significant bill, to all who either needed work and or were interested in joining the Renovatian and Rosinderian air force.[/justify:2fw5gfk9]

    Amaterasu Hangar;[hr:1rbp946r][/hr:1rbp946r]

    • "Status report."

With haste, a low ranking pilot would layout the blueprints of the Amaterasu atop of a cold steel surface. Holograms projected through mana conduits listed percentiles in various places, indicating the completion of certain parts and an estimated time on how long it would take till completed. The numbers caused the alchemist's eyes to squint some, and his brows to furrow. His right hands pressed gently against cheek, allow his fingertips to fondle the earing that dangled from his pallid earlobe.

    • "Superb. It'll only be a matter of time before we can test run the Amaterasu. Schedule graveyard shifts and assign them to our best workers."

"Who would've thought you'd create something so magnificent? The god's have blessed you with a gift, Sir."

"Gods? There is only one deity capable of blessing me with such abilities. She is a kind goddess who knows how to pick those worthy of importance. Soon I too will be able to reside in heaven with her having bestowed my forms of art upon this world. Surely."

Some inserted plugs that fueled the Mana enchanced designs, and some simply aligned parts such as appendages and or concealed weapons and ammunition for other hume works to install manually. Man and machine worked in utter harmony here, and because of that, their progress and performance was at an all time high.[/justify:1rbp946r]

    Amaterasu Hangar;[hr:3u9541mh][/hr:3u9541mh]

Word just in, sir. HOPE is a success. The regimen was completed in record time, and the proctors would like to inform you of their scores via comm-link whenever you're finished up here.

Wonderful. This month has been so good to me. Our projects are nearly completed without a single setback. HOPE has surprised me... those pilots must be the real deal.

They must be. The one hundred pilots before them have all died, so that makes HOPE the only unit to complete the training regimen.

Right. I'll be taking that call in my office, so you can go transfer the call now.
Exiting the hangar, and retreating back to an office bejeweled by red oak walls, bookshelves, floors, and desks. It smelled like an Astrum Noir rain forest minus the wild life with the burning of scented cones that rested in what appeared to be ash-catchers. The door slid shut behind the alchemist as he entered the room, and a soft ringing bell indicated the doors being locked and the room becoming sound proof.

Reaching for the ear piece whilst pressing a blue pulsating button that rested on the side of the device activated the comm-link. Soon after, not even seconds after he had connected, the proctor on the other line would begin speaking of said reports with monotonous vocals as would a primal creation.
HOPE is what we've been searching for, sir. All of the pilots h-h-have performed at extremely h-h-h-high levels, each earning a score of 99.9%. Though were they not h-h-h-hume, they would've scored 100%.

Excellent, and that may be true, but we hume are not useless yet. The world will not be like the Primal heavens above. Not yet anyways... what else do you have to report?

Yes. Of course. Lastly, the Overlord would like a r-r-r-report from you, sir. As soon as possible.

Ehhhh. How about you tell the Overlord that: we're far from completion.

Then I'd be lying to his, h-h-h-highness, sir.

He won't know, just do it for me. I have some things I need to do before he knows anything else about the project.

...I will see what I can do. Out.
