Veera

An up and coming trader town, rich in minerals, ores and jewels, Veera is a testament to the prosperity of the Aeliyrian Empire, the longevity of her majesty. While it lacks the population of Aeliyr, or the other major cities of the Empire, it is well on its way to becoming a super power amidst the cityscapes of Muhir.

Being a bustling and growing city, it has become home to all sorts of people: travelers looking to finally settle down, business owners attempting to relocate in hopes the new land will provide a create coin (in most cases this has proven true).

Like most cities, it is under the protection of the Aeliyrian Arms, although quite lax, it is possible for those with warrants to lose themselves within the crowd.

ooc: This city is open to anyone and everyone, while it doesn't have a specific plot (presently anyway) it is more than welcome to be changed, altered, and even ran by someone other than me. Within the city there is no established mayor, governor, etc-- so feel free to assume the role, or anything you see fit within.

It arrived upon the nights coming, as if from the heavens themselves were falling, as the large object made its presence known in the world. It was no normal airship, its exotic shape looked more like a keep, that had decended through the planner channels. The only omen that herald this coming were the small metallic balls that fell with fiery force the inertia of such high fall had brought. It would be these four balls that crashed into the surrounding land that would cause their crashsites to buckle under the force, splintering trees, and causing the ground itself to buckle and fall in upon itself.

These metallic spheres would soon seem to cool from molten brilliance to a dull luminance and openings would appear. One form came from each of these Spheres, their forms wearing large leather like trenches, and each a different being. From the North came the Halfdragon-Halfminotaur, named only by War. His other name long lost in the annals of history of the multiverse.

Second from the south, came out the winged being whom looked like an Angel, but his form while pure, still held an effect that seemed ominous. Perhaps it was those eyes like hourglasses, that always seemed watching the sands of time fall down. His name, the eternal angel of Death

East and West came the twin Calamities, women whom brought with them the destruction they barely reigned in. Famine, and Pestilence their given name. Vermin and the diseases swept the countryside, twisting the area, until they reigned in their innates, collars glowing. All four held them, though they were there to restrict their powers not enslave the beings.

Soon the ship Keep woud land, its make old, it looked like the mayan temples of earth, with a great Dwon ward directed pyrimid that sank deep into the ground beside this town. Inside countless beings watched and waited to be released, but not now. Only a single being came forth. His hair blue, as was his attire. His name Ace.

The four Aces would come, horsemen of the newest Apocalypse, his father long retired into the Zylerian folds. For now Ace had decended upon this part of Muir to build his Empire and perhaps to take a hand in shifting the tides of this world. He felt and artifact close, something left over from when the gods fought in the reaches for their peice of this pie. He held no care for Gods, those fools played others like pawns, dangling their strings and making beings dance like puppets in their shows. Ace, held a purpose, held something older than many that roamed these lands today. A prophecy to span the horizons, and man planes. Or perhaps just a will that sought something, that he would kill to get.

His lips were blue, as were his eyes, and the color of his outlandish attire for these elder times. He had been through times, futures that may occur and pasts that could not be denied. Oh yes, but who really cares about the past of a man new to their world. Only that he was here to give purpose to his presence. And would, as his four horsemen came into the town, and with them the chaos of their chosen names. Hell seemed to be brought to town on their trenchs' tail. Like the wind itself he came and qualled it with his powers. Playing the savior, and banishing them from the town. To their home within the keep. He smiled, magicians would love theatrics, and none dared ask how he supposedly slayed his foes. Only a memory of their comming and the savior whom helped bury their dead and rebuild their destroyed city, into something new, exciting.

Who asked why no young and women were not killed, only those whom played knight, played the part of strong savior. And perhaps some of the old, those who could not convert to his words, to the future he promised. And gave with powers none questioned. He asked for little, some company of a few chosen women and girls. Those strong in magic and yet deaf to its call. He would open their eyes as he opened their legs, Preistess, trained by his hand.

His form would be seen upon his thrones, and he relaxed here, watching the planes for the beacon. When it was time for him to move on. Sail the cosmos.
