Changeling--Gaia's Children

Unlike humans, Changelings are not born. They are, in a sense, artificial beings, in that they are grown in stasis. A Changeling awakes from Stasis with their bodies on the brink of puberty appearing 12-13 years of age. They have an instinctive need to learn and become strong. There's a sort of hive mind oneness to them. They are all children of Gaia and can sense others of their kind, bur do not automatically share minds with their siblings.

At some point in their history a hierarchy was established with those appearing the least human holding the highest honor. To possess additional eyes or appendages, etc is a sign of nobility whereas those possessing human features with only pigment discolorization inhabiting the lowest rung on the totem pole.

Super Strength-this transformation focuses on Raw power, increasing ones capacity for strength to it's limits.
Super Speed- all energy is utilized to give the user access to phenomenal speeds

Super Astral--this form increases the changelings mental capacity to super human levels. Giving him access to psionic abilities.

Advanced Healing- rapid regeneration. Eventually limbs can be regrown, etc.

Durability--this transformation pushes defense and damage absorption.



The physical characteristics, as well as which available ability applies to which Transformation, are entirely up to the discretion of the player. The only thing set in stone is that the final full powered transformation is the last one acquired. So theoretically one could earn all abilities save the final transformation in any order desired.



Racial Innates

  • Eternal Youth--the changelings age at an alarming rate. Reaching full growth after only a year of life and never aging beyond that point.
