Dreamer Self explanatory: Heine intends to rule the skies, and his own naive sense of glory and ambition will drive him toward it against nearly any odds. Life and limb will be risked to become the greatest Captain to soar the heavens.
Tunnel vision Perhaps a product of his ambitious goals, Heine has a notoriously one track mind. As a result, he is a bit.. extravagant? The eccentric pirate doesn't put a lot of thought into most of the things he does, often to a fault.
Naive One of the most iconic quirks of the notorious up and coming pirate, he is, often, much like the adolescent he actually is. He has an incredibly light-hearted image painted of the world. Given the profession he occupies himself with, he seems to wander a unique path of righteousness, following ill-conceived ideals of brighter, better world. Though these same ideals tend to move the parties surrounding him.

notes There isn't a great deal to say about the nature of Rhapsody; the weapons are constructed of primal alloy, granting them a few of the typical perks associated with Exus Prime's unique genetic make up as well as the formidable chemical structure that makes it nigh indestructible.

notes Despite the seemingly archaic design of the gun, the Jolly Roger is a formidable and surprisingly modern bastard child of technology and old school motif. The weapon wields relatively small though daunting blades at various points on the weapon, serving as a makeshift gauche for the accompanying Rhapsody. While the gun holds the typical shape associated with single-load weapons, closer examination reveals that the initial appearance of the weapon simply serves Heine's attempt at upholding the antiquated image of a pirate; the rear of the gun permits a series of ten round clips to be loaded with any variety of runed bullets servicing countless angles and approaches for attack.

notes Though never having actually received formal, complete primal infusion, the young Heine has replaced his lost arm with assembled scrap components of Primal Alloy ultimately forming a prosthetic masterpiece of the mecha and arcane. Though he may not be able to flaunt many of the more intricate elements of truly fused primal alloy, the depleted step son serves its desired role, allowing Heine to counter magic with the uniquely innate and anti-magic nature of the alloy.

eye of the grand line There is very little data on the eye itself, and Heine himself has next to no understanding of what its abilities are. What he does know is that the eye grants the user a passive, heightened sixth sense and peaks the other five senses at his disposal. The eye itself is theorized to be a window into a realm beyond our own, though little evidence directly supports wherever it is it leads, it does have the unique ability to (when exposed) absorb a broad variety of energies deep into the metaphysically innate realm therein.

The true extent of its abilities are simply conjecture, to even those most knowledgeable of the arcane. Though it is rarely disputed that the Eye of the Grand Line is a particularly unique weapon against any variety of magic.

aerokinesis To argue that Heine has keen control over the ebb and flow of air is a brazen understatement. The skies are his aspired domain for a reason, and he arguably has safe range to make such a plea for power. Air is the very extension of his body and with greater proximity, he demonstrates far greater control. The Aquarius shard is implanted in his right shoulder.

geokinesis While it pales in comparison to his domain over the skies, Heine shows considerable control over the soil beneath his feet. His ability to manipulate and alter earth scales based on how close to his body the object he attempts to alter is. The Gemini shard is implanted in the palm of his right hand.
