Started a new job August 22nd. Today, my boss pulled me aside and offered me a promotion to Account Executive. 18% pay raise and officially salaried again. 
 
In other news, one of my new co-workers thinks I should go into politics. This is the 2nd time I've heard that from a licensed attorney.
