Adrian remained silent as the male chuckled, not exactly sure whether he should befriend the guy or just escort him out of his home. He claimed to do magic...How did he even get on the island?

Once he started shuffling the cards, Adrian starred for a moment before blinking and lightly shaking his head. "Alright, ya, stop." Adrian reached out to stop the guy from shuffling the cards.

The cards flew away from his hands, right into his pocket. He grinned and said, "What's up? Not into card tricks? I got other things up my sleeve. Literally. Hold on, I haven't checked this thing in ages." He then reached into his sleeve, and pulled put a dagger, a chocolate bar, and a phone. He put the chocolate and the dagger down on a table next to him, and looked at his phone.

"That's where it was! I've been looking for this. So, if you'll just let me pass you, I'll be out of your apartment, and out of your way. You probably won't see me until the Christmas party in the town hall. Bye!" He said, and attempted to walk past Adrian.

“Something wrong?” her father's voice startled her out of her thoughts. Setting the blazer aside she quickly grabbed for the matching pair of pants that were hanging and began to work out the blood stain.

“Just a tough stain, that's all.” she lied, well, a white lie. There was virtually no stain she couldn't get out and virtually no article of clothing she couldn't clean or repair. There were some challenging pieces in the past so it was a believable lie. She didn't want to worry her father, but internally she was mulling over what or who the blood could have come from. Thinking back to their encounter she couldn't remember seeing a single mark on Adrian’s body.

Adrian narrowed his eyes and watched as the male pulled out chocolate, a dagger, and his phone from his sleeve. This guy...

When he attempted to walk past him, he immediately stuck his hand out in front of the male's torso and pulled him back. "How did you even get on this island?"

"Well, see, that's a long story, and its kind of getting late. So I'm gonna leave now, because this is boring, and quite frankly, I don't care about boring things. Bye!" He said, and tried to walk past him again. He pulled out a card labeled 'The Moon' from his card deck, and it put it in his pocket

After finishing with the stains she threw the suit in the dry cleaning machine and went back up to her room. Laying down in her bed she simply staired up at her ceiling fan as it whirred in circles. She had quieted her mind for the time being knowing she would have to be up in a couple of hours to get her day started.

Canna jumped up onto her bed, sauntering up to her face. The jubilant cat rubbed her furry cheek against Elspeth's with a throaty purr. Els smiled petting her friend as she looked to her window. The light of the moon shone in through the cracks in her blinds.

Tomorrow, well today,  would be the first snow of the winter season. Though Cwtch was guarded by an invisible force field, it was devised in such a skillful way that the weather and seasons were one of the only things unaffected besides humans.

Adrian breathed out a sigh and this time didn't attempt to stop the male. "Next time come in through the front like normal people do." Adrian stated before watching the male or a second, making sure that he did make his way to the door. "Por dios, creen que este es el parque para entrar asi nomas..." Adrian grumbled to himself, annoyance clear in his tone. Walking back into the kitchen, he set out to make himself something to eat.

"Theres a high chance that there's not gonna be a next time, because I'm not gonna remember your address." He grinned, and shouted towards the kitchen, "Yeah man, all you need are a few bushes!" He then walked out laughing, and an odd crackling sound, one resembling electricity, came from the hallway. All of a sudden the sound stopped, and there was only silence, except for the sound of Adrian looking for something to eat.

Elspeth's eyes opened abruptly, blinking rapidly. She looked over to her alarm clock, it was now 9 a.m. She hadn't even realized she dozed off for a couple of hours. She threw her covers off of herself frightening Canna as she lept out of bed and began to quickly get ready. She still had a lot to do to prepare for the islands annual Christmas ball.

For a Thursday morning the streets of Cwtch's shopping district were very lively. She stuffed her hands in the pockets of her hunter green Parka as she stood for a moment admiring the trickles of snow that had begun to accumulate on the ground.

Adrian simply ignored the male and his odd laughter, however when silence followed after, he was confused. This was truly a weird encounter and he wasn't sure whether he wanted to ever see that guy again. It hadn't been long when he sat at the kitchen table, eating his food, before he went to his bedroom to catch some sleep.

Leo walked around on the snow white streets, playing with his cards as he went. He looked around at the shops, trying to find something interesting. He then stopped and touched his neck, which had gotten wet somehow. He looked at the hand that had touched his neck and sighed. "Veramente?" He said as he wiped the blood off his fingers. He walked through the town for a bit, before finding an alleyway. He then changed his shirt and put a band aid on his sore. He put his stained shirt in a bag and walked out of the alleyway.

"Alrighty then, let's a find a launderer. It can't be too hard..." He said as he looked for one. It took him about fifteen minutes, but at last, he found a place called 'Lemahiue Cleaner'.

He walked inside but saw nobody. "Hello?" He called out.

It was 1pm before Els finally found her way back to the cleaners. She had already made the muslin for her gown, it was the choice of fabric that had taken her a bit of time. Eventually she had decided upon a shimmery teal and silver patterned brocade fabric.

As she walked into the entrance she eyed an unsuaully dapper man. As she walked past him she peeked around the corner at the back area, her mother was pressing shirts.

"Maku, there's a customer, should I...?"

"Oh! Els, I almost forgot you didn't have class. The bell must not be working at the entrance again. Be a babe and quick em in for me would you?" Her mother's cheery face was glossy from hard work and sweat. Els nodded as she set her things down on the back counter, unzipping her parka.

"Just this one, but then I have to get to work on my gown." Setting her coat aside she walked up front and tried her best at a welcoming smile. "Welcome to Lemahiue Cleaners, you just dropping off?"

"Yeah, just dropping off. Um, do you have anything to like, remove bloodstains or something? I had a nosebleed, and I didn't notice it until I had spilled on my clothing. Quite nasty, and I need this suit for the Christmas Party." He said, as he put the suit and vest on the counter.

He asked, "How frequently are you told that you're a beautiful?" and took out his wallet.

Adrian stirred before opening his eyes and stared at the ceiling, recalling last night's strange events. With a sigh, he rolled out of bed and checked the time on his phone. He had woken up rather late, but he didn't have to work until later in the day. He went over to his closet and got his outfit for the day, before going to take a shower.

At the mention of bloodstains Els nearly went pale. Was this an epidemic? Though this guy was a lot more forward about his plight she could see through his ruse. She was more aware and alert this time. As he set the items down she picked them up swiftly and examined them. She could immediately tell they were fresh.

Looking back up at him with a composed face she forced a polite smile. “Christmas party? That's in two days. Since you need these soon we can have them back for you tomorrow round 5, but it could be ready before then.” She wasn't sure if his question was an attempt at flirting or not. “Frequently enough...What was your first and last name?”
