Aquarius has begun to flood the surrounding area, forcing the inhabitants of a nearby town to evacuate. The growing fog has begun to freeze the enormous forest, making it difficult to breathe and move around; the rising waters are poisoned by the bodies of dead animals and individuals who did not outrun the flooding.

Ships have fell to the war galleon. A couple villages and cities have been plundered and destroyed. The ultimate trophy a pirate could contain though is that of a god. The black war galleon far from the eye of the storm, slowly enters the very edge of the last seen area of the giant serpent god. The captain of the ship standing beside her quartermaster, keeping an eye on the sea for any sign of the writhing body that lurks below the waters. The quartermaster slows the ships pace and the captain putting her spyglass to her eye. In the distance the giant creature can be seen diving under the water, the body quickly following under, disappearing from sight.

"We go further in. Be prepared! The creature is near! Be on guard!" The elven captain took of her hat, the parrot on her shoulder flying into her quarters, hat going with it. As the ship slowly moved forward in, the storm started to be more apparent as rain hit down on the ship, making the mood more grim than it should be.

The freezing rain came with a companion: wind. The heavy flow of wind caused the trees to slap against one another and make the cold air extremely bitter and painful against the skin. The workings of a storm are just now beginning as Aquarius shifts beneath the depths of the freezing body of water. Minor waves lick at the intruder, hoping to make travel less than comfortable.

The rain beating down on the ship, now with a fierce companion of wind, made the crew collectively groan in annoyance. Quickly the captain went below deck and shouted out to her crew. "Men! prepare the cannons and ballista! Someone get Aquila his staff! He's gonna need it!" As the crew cheered out in response, one crewmate rushed off to grab a staff for the first mate. Quietly Lady Blaze entered the top deck again and pulled out her spy glass and peered out into the sea. The spyglass being able to see underwater clear as day, she spied out the serpent creature slithering about and saw no visible end to it as the body of it cascaded down further and further and further into the ocean.

As the waves hit the ship, water lapping onto the sides, the first mate walks to her captain and speaks low enough for just the captain to hear. "How big of a challenge do you think this will be Cap'n?" The elven pirate captain put her head down and sighed. "Aquila. I saw no end to it. Either this so-called god has no end to it and can wrap around the ship fairly easily, snapping us two and we die or we fly high into the air, near the clouds, after I deem we can't fight in the sea anymore. Remember your magic through the staff is as strong as mine is. Enhance my physical power through rejuvenation spells and I can keep the cage up for as long as my energy remains allowing for free shots." The first mate nods and grabs the staff from the crew mate, the floating crystal on top glowing a deep red, a beacon in the darkened sky.

The Gods pain and terror crashes through the surrounding area; a large wave of wind swoops in, picking up water and the terrors drowned within it. Waterspouts begin to form within the large body of water, causing the waves to shake and rise more, further agitating the flooding happening. The poisonous fumes from the mistreated water erupt and rise from the events. Somewhere off in the distance, a child can be heard laughing.

Far from the ship, way up in the skies above were a group of individuals. Despite their varied appearances, they all have one thing in common, they are all wearing long coats which fluttered against the frenzied air. They were all female, all brimming with the taint of divine murder. This is the group that engineered the deaths of many Renovatian gods. These are the god slayers.

The nameless hunters of divine beings and one of the more successful ones. Lead by the infamous ex-Mistress Blackhead now going by Linda, her little sister Shishi Ravenbush, then Khakina Khatun and Serriada Mavajo. These are the silent achievers, the world has yet to notice and perhaps never will. At the very least, the challenge was worth their time.

"So what do you think?" the white-haired woman known as the Mistress asked while they floated in the sky. The sea below is a mass of death and destruction, the rage of an angry god. Perhaps they are taking way more than they can bite. However, such trivial problems are nothing compared to the challenge of fighting the god of the sea. Such a grand opportunity should not go to waste.

"Well, we can fucking split," Sera replied. "Let's hit the wet bitch at both sides at once. Me and Khaki's gonna take the fucking sea. I'll leave the creepy little bitch to you and your little sis." Sera paused to spit to the side. "Better not disappoint is Order girl."

The Mistress merely shrug in response. "Sounds interesting. Let's try that route."

Finally deciding on set course of action, the party split into two groups. Khakina Khatun and Serraida Mavajo headed for the giant serpent monster, the same location where Lady Blaze's ship is, while the two siblings went ahead to confront the singing little girl.

Soaring through the angry skies, the little sister had to ask a question. "Why do we keep hunting the gods? Haven't they had enough?

The older sister mused for a bit before responding. "Well, they are gonna die sooner or later. The least we can do is give them an honorable death."

"But you aren't really killing them. Just making a show of it."

The Mistress flashed a mischievous smile. "Oh my, you get smarter everyday."

Then the two fell silent as they neared their target's location.

"Now I'm fucking wet!" the madwoman grumbled as the sea water showered and sprayed at the duo. They might be capable of flight but the tall waves are almost like tsunamis which could almost reach them. They would prefer to have flown higher but that would also alert the sea monster that her prey are gone thus allowing it to harass some other poor folk. In a sense, these might actually be doing something good here.

"Eh?" the shorter woman replied, "I'm still cute and adorable even when wet. I think the wetness even adds more to it."

Sera had to roll her eyes at that. "The fucking god is literally trying to kill us and you are more concerned about you fucking appearance?"

"But you are more concerned about your wetness as well!" chirped the other girl, a bit too strongly this time.

The two bickering lead to them fighting mid-flight. Their incessant fighting lead them to forgetting that both of them are flying, thus leading to a rather hilarious crash landing straight into the lady pirate's ship.

The crew gathered below deck, prepping the cannons, ballista, even the hellfire mortars save for the few members who are on the main deck playing poker. Sylvis and Aquila fired barrages of energy, magic and projectiles. The Tiefling, Diabla, hears... arguing and sees... flying women. "What..."

"HA! Got me a straight to te A--" SLAM! Two females landed directly in the middle of the poker game and a red headed man shouted out and threw some dice across the deck out of frustration. "Son of a bitch!" The red head lightly kicks the two girls and the cards that were on the deck flew to his hands and shuffled themselves back into his pocket. "Get te feck up ye feckin' shrinky dinks. Go fight tis fecking serpent or sometin', make yerselves useful."

"Alroy! Shield us up!" The captain turned back and saw two young girls but ignored it. "Have the chef get those two some apple juice or something."

The red head chuckled and he pulled the playing cards out, threw them and the cards grew into a massive size that encircled the ship from all sides. The cards didn't look durable at all but the serpents body that was going to slam into the ship made an echoing crack into the cards and bounced off.

The squabbling ladies barely noticed the kick aa they are more concerned with tearing the other woman's throat. It was only when the card shield was deployed that the two noticed that they are no longer in flight.

"Huh? Where the fuck are we?" Sera cried. "I was expecting open sea!"

Khaki's eyes widened as she scanned her surroundings. "A weird ship."

"Fucking ship," grumbled Sera as she stood up, her scarred hands shaking off the dust from her coat.

Khaki on the other hand was mesmerized with the new people aboard the ship that she began waving at them. "Hello, strange people."

"Eh! Fuckers and their fucking ship," Sera cursed. "Your ship smells like the blood moon witch," she spat as she faced ths red heas card person. "You're not one of Lilith's paragons-"

Before Sera can finish, the lunar mark on on the center of her chest and Khaki's lunar mark on the top of her thighs, both symbols began to glow as if responding to the ship.

Damien had already turned invisible and dashed away, Alejandra and Veronica were waving back at Khaki and Teresa felt the lunar energy before laughing. "Don't know who Lilith is but that moon energy radiating off you feels amazing." The blue haired pirate began stomping her foot over and over. "Don't care how you fell but get up back in the sky, Come on, come on, come on!"

Alroy looked over at the two females and smiled devilishly. "Get te feck up in te sky! Now!" The cards bundled together, circling the ship as the god's serpent body tried wrapping around before being pushed away.

In the crow's nest the Tiefling fired off her shots before channeling a spell. "Three." She looked as more flying women were heading towards the serpent god. "Two." Then the serpent looked directly at her, the left eye in the cross hairs. "One." A silent shot went off that pierced directly in the eye, a massive explosion going inside the eyeball.

"Back in the sky?" the confused Sera asked. "Why the fuck am I gonna go back up there where all the bloody shits are happening like fuck?"

While her friend ranted and grumbled, the little girl named Khakina was entranced with the flow of energy from Lilith's moon mark to the ship. Quite the remarkable discovery, and soon a mischievous smile appeared on her adorable face.

"Sera, sera!" the little girl cried out.

"WHAT. THE. FUCK. DO. YOU. FUCKING. WANT. NOW?" Sera screamed at her friend.

Khakina snorted back. "Become the moon."

"That does not mean any motherfucking sense you cunt-"

Sera never finished her words as her body was suddenly thrown upward by Khakina.

"Bye bye Sera. Become the moon you were always meant to be," Khaki solemnly murmured as she waved at Sera's retreating (more like flying) figure.

It was a weird feeling. Flying through the air. It was quite the enjoyable sensation but she had work to do. Seeing her lunar mark react with the ship's energy gave her an idea. Khaki had realized the same thing as well and that was why the little girl help Sera by launching the mad woman into the skies. It might have been a rough assist but an assist nonetheless.

As soon as she was high in the skies, she tapped into her abundant power source. Khakina might have been a monster but Sera was a being of pure energy. All she needed to do was convert neutral energy into something else. For this instance, it was lunar energy. With that Sera shot out lunar rays to keep herself aloft while making sure that the rays would shine all over the ship and its crew.

INTERLUDE - THE MISTRESS

The two sisters took a different route, with a different objective in mind. The sea monster everyone is fighting might just be a portion of Aquarius’ power and so is the sea itself. The god’s core might be somewhere else. Just as the Mistress suspected, the source of that child’s laughing voice would be where the center of Aquarius power would be.

At the middle of the roiling sea, there appeared a rather tranquil area. Skipping atop the water was the laughing little girl. The Mistress’ face twisted in disgust upon witnessing such a scene. Clearly, she was not amused with whatever Aquarius seemed to be doing. She would just have to make contact for now.

Slowly descending from the heavens, the Mistress chose to land behind Aquarius’ child body and then spoke.

“Hello there.”
