Have a quest in Chesterfield, half off (closed)

There's a quest of moderate difficult started in Chesterfield by a member who has since left the site and given the quest back to me as management.

In terms of minimum post count most of the first page is filled up, (hence the half off. I'll be adding another post summarizing the significant contributions or exposition points so far then providing a scene skip for interested players to jump in.

It'll be more of a conventional dungeon crawl since the premise of exploring ant politics was something the previous member introduced on their own and may only have interested them. If new players want to explore this concept they're very welcome to but note that's not what I'm offering. I'm deliberately reducing things in my attempt to salvage a thread while managing my contribution to it.

To that end I'll be offering a limited GM experience. This will include a rough map of the crawl and some guidance as to where to go and what to do through narrative posts, NPCs, or OOC prompting, as convenient and applicable. Once we reach the third page and satisfy the minimum requirement I'll step back. The thread can be canonized at that point or I can hand over any remaining GM information to another player or the group and players can continue following my milestones or making up their own.

Where things get a little spicy is that I will be asking each participant at least once in the thread to roll on the Narrative Damage System and incorporate taking damage in some way throughout the course of the thread. I'm interested in continuing, and the expository material left by our since-departed member is really amazing stuff. Both ant politics and a conventional dungeon crawl are both on the cards as far as I am concerned, and I'm willing to go through with either approach, or a mix of the two, if there is more interest in one over the other.

I'm okay with the narrative damage system. Lethal sounds fun, in fact.

She either won’t be present or I’ll handle NPC stuff. Now that I know you’re interested and pending crisis or other interested parties, a good question is whether we want to do a time skip and start in a new day (or something like that) or whether we want to have the next round take place immediately after?

Hey ❤️ is it to late 2 join up? Ma char would mainly b looking 2 scavenge riches, for later profit. The political aspect would prob not interest her 2 much at first, I mean, It would really depend on the topic in general. If she is lead towards the construct seen in her dreams, she would def b interested ❤️

Not too late to join! Did you see the mention above to the NDS and are you fine with that applying to your character?

@Hojicha I saw your character in passing. If a dungeon crawl is of interest consider this an invite to mine! A possible deterrent to your character is that this takes place in a giant ant colony and hence is underground. But if it isn’t then hi hope my hook, hooks!

Not sure what u mean tbh, I mean, I read what the task is about and all, if that's what u mean ;)

If there are some special conditions applying 2 ma cha, or if I gotta change something, then I guess I would not know.

The detail in your character sheet suggests this won’t be a problem but since I know a number of people access the site purely from mobile, are you able to make posts that are a minimum of 150 words? That’s about a paragraph. To give you an example of what that looks like the entirety of the post I’m making now including this explanation is 76 words. So roughly double it and you’ve got an idea.
